Claims (11)
- 圧縮ガスを乾燥させるための装置であって、前記装置(1)は、乾燥される圧縮ガスの入口(2)と、乾燥した圧縮ガスの出口(3)とを備え、前記装置(1)は、再生可能な乾燥剤を含む少なくとも2つの容器(6a、6b)と、前記入口(2)及び前記出口(3)をそれぞれ前記容器(6a、6b)に接続する第1のバルブブロック(8a)及び第2のバルブブロック(8b)で構成される制御可能なバルブシステム(7)とを備え、前記バルブシステムは、少なくとも1つの容器(6a、6b)が、他の容器(6a、6b)が再生及び冷却される間に、圧縮ガスを乾燥させることができるように、及び前記バルブシステム(7)の制御により、前記容器(6a、6b)の各々が順番に圧縮ガスを乾燥させることができるように構成されており、前記装置(1)は、再生される前記容器(6a、6b)に再生ガスを供給するための加熱手段(10)を備える第1の再生ライン(9a)と、飽和した再生ガスの排出のための第2の再生ライン(9b)とをさらに備え、前記第1及び第2の再生ライン(9a、9b)の各々は、異なるバルブブロック(8a、8b)に接続されており、前記装置は、前記第1の再生ライン(9a)をブローオフ開口(13)に接続するとともに、前記第2の再生ライン(9a、9b)を周囲空気を供給するためのブロア(12)の出口(11)に接続した状態と、前記第1の再生ライン(9a)を周囲空気を供給するためのブロア(12)の前記出口(11)に接続するとともに、前記第2の再生ライン(9a、9b)を前記ブローオフ開口(13)に接続した状態とを切り換えることができ前記ブローオフ開口(13)又は前記ブロア(12)と前記加熱手段(10)との間の前記第1の再生ライン(9a)には、再生可能な乾燥剤を含む追加の容器(15)が組み込まれており、前記追加の容器(15)は、断熱されている、ことを特徴とする装置。
- 耐水性乾燥剤が前記追加の容器(15)内に配置されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記追加の容器(15)は、前記少なくとも2つの容器(6a、6)の各々の内部容積よりも小さな内部容積を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記追加の容器(15)の内部容積は、前記少なくとも2つの容器(6a、6)のうちの1つの内部容積の最大で1/3又は最大で1/4である、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記追加の容器(15)は、押出成形又は管によって作られている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第1及び第2の再生ライン(9a、9b)と連通し、前記第1及び第2の再生ライン(9a、9b)のそれぞれを、前記ブロア(12)の出口(11)又はブローオフ開口(13)に、又はその逆に接続できるように構成されたバルブ装置を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記バルブ装置は、
-四方弁(14)、
-三方弁、
-バタフライ弁、
-オン/オフ弁、
のうちの1又は2以上から構成される、請求項6に記載の装置。 - 前記第1の再生ライン(9a)は、前記第2のバルブブロック(8b)に接続され、前記第2の再生ライン(9b)は、前記第1のバルブブロック(8a)に接続される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置(1)は、前記加熱手段(10)と再生される前記容器(6a、6b)との間の位置に温度センサ(17)を備える、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置(1)は、前記温度センサ(17)によって測定された温度に基づいて前記加熱手段(10)を制御するための制御ユニット(18)を備える、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の再生ライン(9a)に設けられている前記加熱手段(10)は、電気加熱器、蒸気加熱器、又は前記第1の再生ライン(9a)に組み込まれた熱交換器からなる、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
