Claims (5)
- 軌道と、当該軌道に沿って走行する台車と、を備えた有軌道台車システムであって、
前記軌道に対して位置固定に設けられ、振動及び音響の少なくとも一方を測定する測定部と、
前記測定部により測定された測定データに基づいて、前記軌道における前記測定部の設置位置に対応する測定地点を通過した台車の状態を診断する診断装置と、
前記測定部により測定された測定データのうち前記台車が前記測定地点を通過する際のデータに相当する部分データである学習用部分データに含まれる学習用特徴量を抽出する特徴量抽出部と、
複数の台車に対して前記測定部が測定した測定データに基づく学習用特徴量の集合である学習用データセットを用いて、前記台車の状態の診断に関する学習モデルを形成する学習制御部と、
前記測定部により測定された測定データから、前記学習用部分データを切り出す学習用部分データ切出部と、
前記軌道に対して位置固定に設けられ、前記測定地点を通過する前記台車を検出する位置センサと、
を備え、
前記学習用部分データは、前記位置センサが前記台車を検出するタイミングに基づいて、前記測定データから切り出されることを特徴とする有軌道台車システム。 - 請求項1に記載の有軌道台車システムであって、
前記特徴量抽出部は、前記測定部により測定された測定データのうち前記台車が前記測定地点を通過する際のデータに相当する部分データである診断用部分データに含まれる診断用特徴量を抽出し、
前記診断装置は、前記学習制御部による学習済みの前記学習モデルに基づいて、前記特徴量抽出部により抽出された前記診断用特徴量に対応する機械学習評価値を算出することを特徴とする有軌道台車システム。 - 請求項2に記載の有軌道台車システムであって、
前記測定部により測定された測定データから、前記学習用部分データを切り出す学習用部分データ切出部を備えることを特徴とする有軌道台車システム。 - 請求項1から3までの何れか一項に記載の有軌道台車システムであって、
前記測定データが時間軸方向で様々にオフセットされながら、基準となる参照データと、切出しの対象となる測定データと、の相関が求められ、
前記相関が最大となるように前記測定データが時間軸方向でオフセットされた状態で、前記参照データを基準として定められる時間区間で、前記測定データから前記部分データが切り出されることを特徴とする有軌道台車システム。 - 請求項1から4までの何れか一項に記載の有軌道台車システムであって、
前記軌道は、建屋の天井、又は地上に設置された架台から吊り下げて設けられたものであり、
前記台車は、前記軌道に沿って走行する天井搬送車であることを特徴とする有軌道台車システム。
