Claims (11)
- 試料又は試薬を吸引するノズルを洗浄する洗浄槽と、圧電素子をフロントマスとバックマスとで挟み込んだ超音波振動子と、を有し、
前記超音波振動子の先端に設置される前記フロントマスの先端には、対向する、上板と下板との振動板を形成し、前記ノズルを、前記上板と前記下板との間の領域で、超音波洗浄し、
前記上板の共振周波数と前記下板の共振周波数との間に、前記超音波振動子の駆動周波数が設定されることを特徴とする超音波洗浄機。 - 請求項1に記載する超音波洗浄機であって、
前記超音波振動子が水平に近い角度で設置され、前記振動板の超音波照射面と前記洗浄槽に満たされる洗浄液の液面との角度が平行に近く設置されることを特徴とする超音波洗浄機。 - 請求項1に記載する超音波洗浄機であって、
前記上板と下板との振動板は、長さ又は厚さが異なることを特徴とする超音波洗浄機。 - 請求項1に記載する超音波洗浄機であって、
前記上板と下板との振動板は、逆位相で振動する周波数で駆動することを特徴とする超音波洗浄機。 - 請求項4に記載する超音波洗浄機であって、
前記超音波振動子の駆動周波数は、前記超音波振動子が伸縮したときの変位が最大となる共振周波数であることを特徴とする超音波洗浄機。 - 請求項1に記載する超音波洗浄機であって、
前記上板又は前記下板は、厚さが部分的に厚い形状であることを特徴とする超音波洗浄機。 - 請求項1に記載する超音波洗浄機であって、
前記上板の共振周波数と前記下板の共振周波数との周波数の差は、10kHz以内であることを特徴とする超音波洗浄機。 - 請求項4に記載する超音波洗浄機であって、
前記上板又は前記下板は、前記ノズルを挿入する位置付近の振幅が最大となることを特徴とする超音波洗浄機。 - 請求項4に記載する超音波洗浄機であって、
前記振動板は、その幅が、前記振動板が設置される前記フロントマスの基部の幅よりも広いことを特徴とする超音波洗浄機。 - 請求項1に記載する超音波洗浄機を有すること特徴とする自動分析装置。
- 請求項10に記載する自動分析装置であって、
前記ノズルを、前記上板と前記下板との間の領域で、超音波洗浄する際、前記ノズルの高さを変えて超音波洗浄することを特徴とする自動分析装置。
