Description
図1は、本発明の一実施形態による、医療用プローブ22及び制御コンソール24を含む、医療システム20の概略絵図である。医療システム20は、例えば、Biosense Webster Inc.(Diamond Bar,California,U.S.A.)によって製造されたCARTO(登録商標)システムに基づいていてもよい。図1に示される例では、医療用プローブ22は、医療専門家28が患者32の心臓30に対してアブレーション処置を行うために使用することができる遠位端26を有するバルーンカテーテル(本明細書では灌注カテーテルとも呼ばれる)を含む。アブレーション処置の間、遠位端26は、灌注管36を介してポンプ34から医療用プローブ22に運ばれる灌注流体(例えば、生理食塩水)を用いて心臓30内の組織を灌注することができる。以下でより詳細に説明されるように、ポンプ34は、ポンプ入口管37を介して灌注流体を受容する。灌注流体は、遠位端26にある灌注孔(図示せず)を通じて放出される。本発明の実施形態では、ポンプ34は、以下の図2~図3を参照した説明で説明されるダイヤフラム注入ポンプを含む。
