Description
以下に、本願出願の当初の特許請求の範囲に記載された発明を付記する。
[1] 使用者の少なくとも1本の腕の支持するための装置であって、
a.それぞれ1本の腕に装着するための各1つの腕カバー(4)を備えた少なくとも1つの腕支持要素(2)と、
b.少なくとも1つの受動アクチュエータ(14)と、前記受動アクチュエータは、前記装置の装着状態で前記腕カバー(4)内の腕の上昇動作を支持する力を前記少なくとも1つの腕支持要素(2)に加えるように構成され、
c.適用された前記力に対する少なくとも1つのカウンタベアリングと、を有する装置において、
少なくとも1つの操作要素(24)を有し、その操作によって前記アクチュエータ(14)を、前記アクチュエータ(14)が前記少なくとも1つの腕支持要素(2)に力を加える第1の状態、及び前記アクチュエータが前記腕支持要素(2)により小さい力を加えるか、又は力を加えない第2の状態にできることを特徴とする、
装置。
[2] 前記アクチュエータ(14)が前記第1の状態において前記少なくとも1つの腕支持要素(2)に最大の力を加えることを特徴とする、[1]に記載の装置。
[3] 前記アクチュエータ(14)を前記少なくとも1つの操作要素(24)の操作によって複数の段階で、又は無段階で前記第1の状態から前記第2の状態にすることができ、前記アクチュエータ(14)によって前記少なくとも1つの腕支持要素(2)に加えられた力が減少することを特徴とする、[1]又は[2]に記載の装置。
[4] 前記アクチュエータ(14)を前記少なくとも1つの操作要素(24)の操作によって少なくとも1つの中間状態、好ましくは複数の中間状態にできることにより、前記アクチュエータ(14)によって前記少なくとも1つの腕支持要素(2)に加えられた力が段階的に、又は無段階で調節可能であることを特徴とする、[3]に記載の装置。
[5] 前記少なくとも1つのアクチュエータ(14)が少なくとも1つの弾性要素を有し、前記弾性要素が、前記アクチュエータ(14)を前記少なくとも1つの操作要素(24)の操作によって前記第1の状態から前記第2の状態にすることによって緩められ得ることを特徴とする、[1]から[4]のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
[6] 前記弾性要素が、前記少なくとも1つの操作要素(24)の操作によって移動可能、特に摺動可能又は旋回可能な固定要素(22)を備えた端部(20)を有することを特徴とする、[5]に記載の装置。
[7] 前記カウンタベアリングが少なくとも1つのカウンタベアリング要素(12)と少なくとも1つの動力伝達要素(8)を有し、前記少なくとも1つの腕支持要素(2)が前記少なくとも1つの動力伝達要素(8)に旋回軸を中心として旋回可能に配置され、前記アクチュエータ(14)によって加えられた力が作用する力の方向が、前記アクチュエータの前記第1の状態より、前記アクチュエータの前記第2の状態の方がより前記旋回軸の近くで延びることを特徴とする、[1]から[6]のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
[8] 前記力の方向が前記第2の状態において前記旋回軸を通って延びることを特徴とする、[7]に記載の装置。
[9] 前記アクチュエータ(14)が少なくとも1つの引張り要素(40)が配置されている弾性要素を有し、前記アクチュエータ(14)が前記第1の状態にあれば、前記操作要素(24)の操作によって前記引張り要素に引張り力が加えられ得ることを特徴とする、[7]又は[8]に記載の装置。
[10] 前記腕カバー(4)が、前記使用者の腕の周りで前記腕カバー(4)を閉じることのできる閉鎖要素を有することを特徴とする、[1]から[9]のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
[11] 前記アクチュエータ(14)が前記第2の状態にある場合にのみ前記閉鎖要素が開かれ得ることを特徴とする、[10]に記載の装置。
[12] 前記装置がそれぞれ1本の腕に装着するための各1つの腕カバー(4)を備えた2つの腕支持要素(2)と、好ましくは2つの動力伝達要素(8)を有することを特徴とする、[1]から[11]のいずれか一項に記載の装置。

少なくとも1つの操作要素(24)を有し、その操作によって前記アクチュエータ(14)を、前記アクチュエータ(14)が前記少なくとも1つの腕支持要素(2)に力を加える第1の状態、及び前記アクチュエータが前記腕支持要素(2)により小さい力を加えるか、又は力を加えない第2の状態にできることを特徴とする、
装置。 - 前記アクチュエータ(14)が前記第1の状態において前記少なくとも1つの腕支持要素(2)に最大の力を加えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記アクチュエータ(14)を前記少なくとも1つの操作要素(24)の操作によって複数の段階で、又は無段階で前記第1の状態から前記第2の状態にすることができ、前記アクチュエータ(14)によって前記少なくとも1つの腕支持要素(2)に加えられた力が減少することを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記アクチュエータ(14)を前記少なくとも1つの操作要素(24)の操作によって少なくとも1つの中間状態にできることにより、前記アクチュエータ(14)によって前記少なくとも1つの腕支持要素(2)に加えられた力が段階的に、又は無段階で調節可能であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのアクチュエータ(14)が少なくとも1つの弾性要素を有し、前記弾性要素が、前記アクチュエータ(14)を前記少なくとも1つの操作要素(24)の操作によって前記第1の状態から前記第2の状態にすることによって緩められ得ることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記弾性要素が、前記少なくとも1つの操作要素(24)の操作によって移動可能、特に摺動可能又は旋回可能な固定要素(22)を備えた端部(20)を有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記カウンタベアリングが少なくとも1つのカウンタベアリング要素(12)と少なくとも1つの動力伝達要素(8)を有し、前記少なくとも1つの腕支持要素(2)が前記少なくとも1つの動力伝達要素(8)に旋回軸を中心として旋回可能に配置され、前記アクチュエータ(14)によって加えられた力が作用する力の方向が、前記アクチュエータの前記第1の状態より、前記アクチュエータの前記第2の状態の方がより前記旋回軸の近くで延びることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記力の方向が前記第2の状態において前記旋回軸を通って延びることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記アクチュエータ(14)が少なくとも1つの引張り要素(40)が配置されている弾性要素を有し、前記アクチュエータ(14)が前記第1の状態にあれば、前記操作要素(24)の操作によって前記引張り要素に引張り力が加えられ得ることを特徴とする、請求項7又は請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記腕カバー(4)が、前記使用者の腕の周りで前記腕カバー(4)を閉じることのできる閉鎖要素を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記アクチュエータ(14)が前記第2の状態にある場合にのみ前記閉鎖要素が開かれ得ることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記装置がそれぞれ1本の腕に装着するための各1つの腕カバー(4)を備えた2つの腕支持要素(2)と、2つの動力伝達要素(8)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
