前記ミラー層(11)は、それぞれ1つの開口部(11a)を有し、前記開口部(11a)は、それぞれの前記LED(D)と、対応する前記センサ素子(F)とに対応付けられており、前記ミラー層(11)の、前記ダイオードアレイ(10)に向いている側から、前記ミラー層(11)の、それぞれの前記センサ素子(F)に向いている側まで、前記ミラー層(11)を完全に貫通して延在している、
請求項5記載の装置(1)。 - 当該装置(1)は、1つまたは複数の金属層(12,13)をさらに含み、

請求項6記載の装置(1)。 - 前記LED(D)は、青色光を放出するように構成されている、
請求項5から7までのいずれか1項記載の装置(1)。 - 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の装置(1)を用いて、前記ダイオードアレイ(10)を動作させるための方法であって、
それぞれのLED(D)が交互に、発光する第1の動作状態と、発光しない第2の動作状態とになるように、LED(D)を順次に発光するように動作させ、
前記第1の動作状態においてそれぞれの前記LED(D)を動作させるための所定の電流を、給電入力部(E)を介して供給し、
前記第1の動作状態におけるそれぞれの前記LED(D)の光束を表す特性値を、それぞれのセンサ素子(F)によって検出して、それぞれの制御ユニット(S)に供給し、
それぞれの前記LED(D)の光束が所定のリファレンス光束に近づくように、それぞれの前記LED(D)に実際に供給される動作電流を、それぞれの前記制御ユニット(S)によって前記特性値に依存して適合させる、
方法。 - それぞれのLED(D)に、同一のリファレンス光束を対応付ける、
