Description
リレーを接続したままスタータによりエンジンをクランキングして始動する際に第2蓄電装置の電圧がリセット判定値以下まで低下してリセット処理が行なわれると、リレーの電弧開放で溶着が発生する可能性があるが、前記蓄電装置よりも低電圧で補機類の電源としても用いられる第2蓄電装置からスタータに電力供給されるとともに、その第2蓄電装置の電圧がリセット判定値以下まで低下した場合にスタータの作動停止と併せて前記リレーを開放するリセット処理を実行するリセット制御部を有するので、リレーを開放したままスタータによりエンジンをクランキングして始動することで、電圧低下に伴うリセット処理によるリレーの電弧開放を回避して溶着を防止する、という効果が顕著に得られる。
図1は、本発明が好適に適用されるハイブリッド車両10の駆動系統の概略構成図で、モータジェネレータMGの制御回路等を併せて示した図である。このハイブリッド車両10は、燃料の燃焼で動力を発生するガソリンエンジンやディーゼルエンジン等の内燃機関であるエンジン12およびモータジェネレータMGを駆動力源として備えている。モータジェネレータMGは、電動モータおよび発電機として択一的に機能するもので、例えば三相交流同期モータであり、K0クラッチ14を介してエンジン12に接続されている。K0クラッチ14は、エンジン12とモータジェネレータMGとの間に設けられた断接装置で、エンジン12を駆動力伝達経路から切り離すものであり、モータジェネレータMGはK0クラッチ14よりも駆動力伝達経路側に配設されている。エンジン12およびモータジェネレータMGの出力は、流体式伝動装置であるトルクコンバータ16から自動変速機18に伝達され、変速機出力軸20から更に前後輪分配用のトランスファー22に伝達されて前後輪に分配される。トランスファー22は、2輪駆動と4輪駆動とを切り替えることができるパートタイム型でも良いし、常に4輪駆動で走行するフルタイム型でも良い。そして、後輪側へ分配された駆動力は、後輪出力軸24から差動歯車装置26を介して左右の後駆動輪28L、28Rに伝達され、前輪側へ分配された駆動力は、前輪出力軸30から差動歯車装置32を介して左右の前駆動輪34L、34Rに伝達される。
Claims (4)
- エンジンおよび電動モータを備えているハイブリッド車両に適用され、
スタータおよび前記電動モータの何れかを択一的に用いて前記エンジンをクランキングして始動するエンジン始動制御部を有するハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記電動モータはリレーを介して蓄電装置に接続され、該蓄電装置から電力供給されて回転するものであり、
前記エンジン始動制御部は、前記リレーを接続して前記電動モータにより前記エンジンをクランキングして始動する際に前記電動モータの故障を検出した場合には、前記リレーを開放するとともに前記電動モータによる前記エンジンの始動制御を中止し、次に前記エンジンの始動要求があった時には、前記リレーを開放したまま前記スタータにより前記エンジンをクランキングして始動し、該エンジンを始動した後に前記リレーを接続するものであり、
前記スタータは、前記蓄電装置よりも低電圧で補機類の電源としても用いられる第2蓄電装置から電力供給されて回転するもので、
前記制御装置は、前記第2蓄電装置の電圧が予め定められたリセット判定値以下まで低下した場合に、前記スタータの作動停止と併せて前記リレーを開放するリセット処理を実行するリセット制御部を有する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記エンジン始動制御部は、前記電動モータが故障か否かを記憶する記憶部を備えており、前記記憶部の記憶内容に応じて前記電動モータおよび前記スタータを使い分けて前記エンジンをクランキングする
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記エンジンおよび前記電動モータは、何れも走行用の駆動力源として用いられるもので、
前記蓄電装置は50V以上の高電圧を電力供給する
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記エンジン始動制御部は、運転者によってエンジン始動操作が行なわれた場合に前記エンジンの始動制御を実施する
ことを特徴とする請求項1~3の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
