Claims (17)
- アトマイザー組立品であって、
振動チャンバであって、
霧状にされる液体を収容するくぼみ、
前記くぼみに前記霧状にされる液体の供給を提供するための液体入口、
弾性変形可能要素、および、
複数のノズルを含むメッシュ要素、を有する、振動チャンバと、
前記弾性変形可能要素を振動させるように配置されたアクチュエータと、を備え、
前記振動チャンバおよび前記振動チャンバの前記くぼみ内に収容される前記液体が、振動システムを形成し、
前記アクチュエータによる前記弾性変形可能要素の振動が、前記くぼみ内部の圧力を変化させ、
前記アクチュエータが、前記弾性変形可能要素を前記振動システムの共振周波数で振動させて、前記くぼみ内に収容される液体を、前記メッシュ要素の前記ノズルを通して前記くぼみから排出するように構成される、アトマイザー組立品。 - 前記アクチュエータが、前記弾性変形可能要素を前記振動システムの第二の調波以上である前記振動システムの共振周波数で振動させるように構成される、請求項1に記載のアトマイザー組立品。
- 前記振動チャンバが、前記霧状にされる液体を受けるための前記くぼみを画定する壁を含み、
前記壁のうちの第一の壁が、前記弾性変形可能要素を含み、
前記第一の壁の反対側の、前記壁のうちの第二の壁が、前記メッシュ要素を含み、
前記壁のうちの一つが前記液体入口を含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載のアトマイザー組立品。 - 前記アクチュエータが、前記弾性変形可能要素を、前記メッシュ要素に向かって、および前記メッシュ要素から遠ざかるように振動させるように配置される、請求項3に記載のアトマイザー組立品。
- 前記アクチュエータが圧電素子を含む、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載のアトマイザー組立品。
- 予圧を行う要素をさらに備え、前記圧電素子が、前記予圧を行う要素と前記弾性変形可能要素との間に配置される、請求項5に記載のアトマイザー組立品。
- 前記圧電素子が、前記予圧を行う要素と前記弾性変形可能要素との間で圧縮され、前記予圧を行う要素が、前記予圧を行う要素と前記弾性変形可能要素との間の前記圧電素子の前記圧縮を変化させるように調節可能である、請求項6に記載のアトマイザー組立品。
- 前記振動チャンバの前記くぼみ内に収容される前記霧状にされる液体を加熱するように配置されたヒーターをさらに備える、請求項1~7のいずれかに記載のアトマイザー組立品。
- 前記ヒーターが前記メッシュ要素にまたは前記メッシュ要素上に位置付けられる、請求項8に記載のアトマイザー組立品。
- エアロゾル発生システムであって、
請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のアトマイザー組立品と、
前記霧状にされる液体の供給を収容する液体貯蔵部であって、前記液体貯蔵部が、液体を前記液体貯蔵部から前記振動チャンバの前記くぼみに供給するために、前記振動チャンバの前記液体入口と流体連通する、液体貯蔵部と、を備える、エアロゾル発生システム。 - 前記エアロゾル発生システムが、前記液体貯蔵部を含むカートリッジと、前記カートリッジを取り外し可能に受けるように適合されたエアロゾル発生装置とを備える、請求項10に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記カートリッジが前記アトマイザー組立品を含む、請求項11に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記エアロゾル発生装置が、前記アトマイザー組立品を備える、請求項11に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記エアロゾル発生装置が、前記カートリッジの前記液体貯蔵部内に収容される前記霧状にされる液体を識別するための液体識別システムをさらに備える、請求項13に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記カートリッジが、前記液体貯蔵部に収容される前記液体を識別するための識別子をさらに含み、前記エアロゾル発生装置の前記液体識別システムが、前記カートリッジが前記エアロゾル発生装置上に受けられた時に前記カートリッジの前記識別子を検出するための検出器を備える、請求項14に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- エアロゾル発生装置であって、
請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のアトマイザー組立品と、
電源と、
前記電源から前記アクチュエータへの電力の供給を制御するように配置されたコントローラと、
液体貯蔵部を受けるためのコネクターであって、液体を液体貯蔵部から前記液体入口へ供給するように配置される、コネクターと、を備える、エアロゾル発生装置。 - アトマイザー組立品の動作方法であって、前記アトマイザー組立品が、
振動チャンバであって、
霧状にされる液体を収容するくぼみ、
前記くぼみに前記霧状にされる液体の供給を提供するための液体入口、
弾性変形可能要素、および、
複数のノズルを含むメッシュ要素、を有する、振動チャンバと、
前記弾性変形可能要素を振動させるように配置されたアクチュエータと、を備え、
前記振動チャンバおよび前記振動チャンバの前記くぼみに収容される前記液体が振動システムを形成し、前記方法が、前記弾性変形可能要素を前記振動システムの共振周波数で振動させて、前記くぼみに収容される液体を前記メッシュ要素の前記ノズルを通して前記くぼみから排出するように、前記アクチュエータを駆動することを含む、動作方法。
