Claims (7)
- 工具(2)のセッティングの調整及び/又は計測のための装置であって、
基台部または底体部(3)と、
前記工具(2)を保持するための、前記基台部または底体部(3)上に配置され、中心軸(4)の周囲を旋回可能である受領部(5)と、
第1軸(8)に沿うと共に、該第1軸(8)に対して直角に延びる第2軸(11)に沿って移動できる計測要素取付部(10)と、
前記工具(2)の光学計測のための、前記計測要素取付部上に配置された計測要素(14、15)、および、
基準部(18)と、
を含み、
前記計測要素取付部(10)に専用の前記基準部(18)が、前記計測要素(14、15)の光学計測システムによる前記工具の位置の検出において、前記計測要素(14、15)と協働するために前記工具(2)の上の待機位置と計測位置の間で移動でき、前記基準部(18)は前記計測要素取付部(10)上に可動に配置されるとともに、前記基準部(18)が、前記光学計測システムによる前記工具の位置の検出において焦点に集められる光線に、明確に画定され、区別されるエッジを提供する、装置において、
前記基準部(18)が、旋回式または可動なアーム体(19)に蝶番で取り付けられている、ことを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記基準部(18)は前記アーム体(19)の自由端に設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の工具のセッティングの調整及び/又は計測のための装置。
- 前記アーム体(19)は前記計測要素取付部(10)に旋回可能に蝶番で取り付けされていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の工具のセッティングの調整及び/又は計測のための装置。
- 前記アーム体(19)は保持具(24)によって前記計測要素取付部(10)に旋回可能に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2又は3記載の工具のセッティングの調整及び/又は計測のための装置。
- 前記保持具(24)の位置は、調整部(25)により調整されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の工具のセッティングの調整及び/又は計測のための装置。
- 前記基準部(18)は10mm未満の直径の円筒ピンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の工具のセッティングの調整及び/又は計測のための装置。
- 請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の装置を使用して工具を計測する方法であって、前記基準部(18)は前記工具(2)の計測位置に移動し、前記基準部(18)は、前記光学計測システムによる前記工具の位置の検出において焦点に集められる光線に、明確に画定され、区別されるエッジを提供する、方法。
