Claims (11)
- 複数個のバッテリーセル、及び前記複数個のバッテリーセルを収納するセルハウジングを備えたセル組立体と、
BMS回路基板、前記BMS回路基板を収納するBMSカバー、及び前記BMS回路基板と接続され前記BMSカバーの背面に取り付けられる少なくとも一つの温度センサーモジュールを備え、前記セルハウジングの一側面に着脱可能に設けられるBMS組立体と、を含み、
前記セルハウジングの一側面に前記BMS組立体が取り付けられる際に前記温度センサーモジュールが前記バッテリーセルのいずれか一つに接触するように設けられ、
前記セルハウジングの一側面には、前記温度センサーモジュールが接続されるように設けられたセンサー接続口が設けられ、前記センサー接続口を通して前記温度センサーモジュールが前記バッテリーセルに接触することを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バッテリーセルは、円筒型のバッテリーセルである、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記BMSカバーは、前記セルハウジングの一側面をカバーし、前記セルハウジングに取り付けられるメインカバーを含み、
前記BMS回路基板は、前記メインカバーの前面に取り付けられ、前記温度センサーモジュールは、前記メインカバーの背面に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記BMSカバーは、前記BMS回路基板をカバーし、前記メインカバーの前面に取り付けられるフロントカバーをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記BMS組立体は、
前記メインカバーの上端部に取り付けられ、相互に所定の間隔で離隔して配置され、各々一端部が前記BMS回路基板に接続されるように設けられた複数個のセンシング端子をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記セル組立体は、相互に平行に前記セルハウジングの上端部の一側端から他側端まで延びて配置されるセンシングプレートをさらに含み、
前記バッテリーセルは、上部の対応する位置にある前記センシングプレートに電気的に接続され、前記センシングプレートの端部は、前記複数個のセンシング端子に各々接続されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記温度センサーモジュールは、
サーミスタと、
前記サーミスタから延びて前記BMS回路基板に接続されるセンサーワイヤと、
前記サーミスタを支持し、前記メインカバーに締まりばめによって結合するように設けられたセンサーケースと、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記センサーケースは、
前記サーミスタが挿入介在される収容溝及び前記メインカバーに形成されるセンサースロットに差し込まれる差し込み板を備えた前面部と、曲面からなる背面部と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記温度センサーモジュールは、
圧縮フォーム素材であって前記差し込み板に嵌められて前記センサーケースと前記メインカバーとの間に介在されるスペーサーをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記セルハウジングは、
前記バッテリーセルを各々挿入して立てるように設けられたセルトレイと、
前記セルトレイと上下結合して前記バッテリーセルを固定及び保護するトレイカバーと、を含み、
前記センサー接続口は、前記トレイカバーに設けられることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含むバッテリーパック。
