Description
本発明の胎児心拍監視システムは、母体腹壁に装着する一又は二以上の皮膚用電極1と、皮膚用電極1から出力される生体電位信号の中から胎児心電図信号を参照系独立成分分析法により分離抽出する演算装置2と、皮膚用電極1から出力される生体電位信号を演算装置2に送信する通信手段5と、心電図または心拍数を表示する表示装置7と、を有する。

Claims (6)
- 母体腹壁に装着する一又は二以上の皮膚用電極と、
前記皮膚用電極から出力される生体電位信号の中から胎児心電図信号を分離抽出する演算装置と、
前記皮膚用電極から出力される生体電位信号を前記演算装置に送信する通信手段と、
心電図または心拍数を表示する表示装置と、を有し、
前記演算装置が、前記皮膚用電極から出力される生体電位信号の中から胎児心電図信号を分離抽出する演算を行い、心電図または心拍数として利用可能な情報を含む波形の信号を出力する手段と、前記波形の信号を複数の回数分または複数の人数分を蓄積できる記憶手段と、前記記憶手段に蓄積された前記波形の信号群から、一または二以上の前記波形の信号を読み出す読出手段と、計測された心電図波形または心電図から得られる情報と類似している前記波形の信号を検索する検索手段と、を備えた胎児心拍監視システム。 - 絶縁性樹脂フィルムの片面に複数の前記皮膚用電極が配置された電極シートと、
前記皮膚用電極から出力されるアナログの生体電位信号を増幅する複数の増幅器と、
前記増幅器の出力信号をデジタル信号に変換する複数のA/D変換器と、
複数の前記デジタル信号を直列または並列に構成して送信する送信手段と、を有する請求項1に記載の胎児心拍監視システム。 - 前記送信手段が前記デジタル信号を無線送信する機能を備え、該デジタル信号を受信する受信手段と、
複数の前記デジタル信号を直列または並列に構成した信号をパケット化してネットワーク経由で所定の演算装置に送出する送出手段と、を有し、
該演算装置は、複数の前記デジタル信号の一部または全部に対して生体電位信号の中から胎児心電図信号を分離抽出する演算を行い、心電図または心拍数として利用可能な情報を含む波形の信号を出力する請求項2に記載の胎児心拍監視システム。 - 前記演算装置が、前記検索手段の検索結果に付随する関連情報を前記表示手段に表示させて通知する手段を備えた請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の胎児心拍監視システム。
- 前記演算装置が、前記皮膚用電極から出力される生体電位信号の中から胎児心電図信号を参照系独立成分分析法により分離抽出する請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の胎児心拍監視システム。
- 前記演算装置がクラウド上に設置されると共に、患者側端末と医師側端末がインターネットを介して該演算装置に接続され、
前記患者側端末は、前記生体電位信号を前記演算装置に送信する機能と、表示装置に心電図、心拍数または前記関連情報を表示させる機能とを備えたプログラムを有し、
前記医師側端末は表示装置に心電図、心拍数または前記関連情報を表示させる機能を備えたプログラムを有する請求項4に記載の胎児心拍監視システム。
