Claims (10)
- 負極集電板に負極コーティング層が形成された負極板;
正極集電板に正極コーティング層が形成された正極板;および
前記正極板と前記負極板の間に介在されたセパレータを含み、前記負極板、前記セパレータおよび前記正極板の積層体を巻き取って形成された電極組立体において、
前記正極板は長さ方向に沿って延びた一辺;
前記一辺の反対辺であって長さ方向に沿って延びた他辺;
前記一辺と前記他辺の間を連結し、巻き取られた前記電極組立体の巻き取り中心部に位置して前記一辺と鋭角または鈍角を有するように傾斜した先端辺;および
前記一辺と前記他辺の間を連結し、前記先端辺の反対辺であって巻き取られた前記電極組立体の最外郭に位置する終端辺を含み、
前記負極板は長方形プレートであって、
長さ方向に沿って延び、前記正極板の一辺と平行な一辺および他辺;
前記負極板の一辺と前記負極板の他辺の間を連結し、巻き取られた前記電極組立体の巻き取り中心部に位置する先端辺;および
前記負極板の一辺と前記負極板の他辺の間を連結し、前記負極板の先端辺の反対辺であって巻き取られた前記電極組立体の最外郭に位置する終端辺を含む、電極組立体。 - 前記先端辺は先端領域内に位置し、前記先端領域内で前記正極板は直角三角形の形状であり、前記先端辺が前記直角三角形の斜辺である、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記先端領域は前記電極組立体を円筒形に巻き取るとき、1/4ターン~1ターンのうちいずれか一つの分だけ巻き取られる、請求項2に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記終端辺が前記先端辺と平行であって前記正極板は平行四辺形のプレートである、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記負極板の先端辺は前記正極板の先端辺に比べて長さ方向に沿って巻き取り中心部側にさらに長く延びた、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記正極板の前記先端辺は
前記一辺から鋭角を有するように傾斜した第1先端辺;および
前記他辺から鋭角を有するように傾斜し、前記第1先端辺の終端と連結された第2先端辺を含み、
前記第1先端辺と前記第2先端辺が連結される部分に折り曲げ部を有する、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。 - 前記正極板の前記先端辺は
前記一辺から鈍角を有するように傾斜した第1先端辺;および
前記他辺から鈍角を有するように傾斜し、前記第1先端辺の終端と連結された第2先端辺を含み、
前記第1先端辺と前記第2先端辺が連結される部分に折り曲げ部を有する、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。 - 前記折り曲げ部は前記先端辺の中心に位置する、請求項6または請求項7に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記正極板の前記終端辺は前記先端辺と対応する形状である、請求項6または請求項7に記載の電極組立体。
- 請求項1~請求項7のいずれか一項に記載された電極組立体;
内部空間を具備し、前記内部空間に前記電極組立体が電解液を収容したケース;および
前記ケースの上部に結合されて前記ケースを密封するキャッププレートを含む、二次電池。
