Description

保護材料を増強してシャフト炉の内部と炉壁冷却用ステーブ裏張りとの間に保護壁を形成するような仕方で、少なくとも1つの注入装置によって保護材料をシャフト炉に要求に応じて注入する、各工程を含む方法を提案する。

Claims (12)
- 炉壁が冷却用ステーブの裏張りを含む、シャフト炉の内壁を保護する方法であって、
冷却用ステーブに対してシャフト炉に保護材料を注入するように構成された装置である少なくとも1つの注入装置を、シャフト炉の内壁を介してかつ冷却用ステーブを介して設け、かつ
保護材料を増強してシャフト炉の内部と炉壁冷却用ステーブ裏張りとの間に保護壁を形成するような仕方で、少なくとも1つの注入装置によって保護材料をシャフト炉に要求に応じて注入する、各工程を含み、
冷却用ステーブのホット面がリブおよび溝を備えた外形を含み、冷却用ステーブを介して注入装置を設ける工程が、注入装置を冷却用ステーブのホット面の外形のリブ又は溝に貫通させる工程を含む方法。 - 冷却用ステーブは、少なくとも1つの保護レッジを含み、冷却用ステーブを介して注入装置を設ける工程が、保護レッジの上側、貫通して又は下側に注入装置を設ける工程を含む、請求項1に記載された方法。
- 保護材料を注入する工程は、重力によって保護材料で炉壁を被覆する工程を含む、請求項1又は2に記載された方法。
- 保護材料を注入する工程は、炉の動作中に保護材料を注入する工程を含む、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載された方法。
- 保護材料を注入する工程は、シャフト炉の内壁に対して所定の角度で保護材料を注入する工程を含む、請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載された方法。
- 保護材料は、固体材料、流体材料、又は固体および流体材料の組み合わせを含む、請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載された方法。
- 保護材料は粒状、圧断した又は大きな粒子を含む、請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載された方法。
- 保護材料は丸い形の粒状材料を含む、請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載された方法。
- 保護材料は、スラグ、石炭、鉱石、焼結体、耐火材料、ミルスケール又はペレットを含む、請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載された方法。
- 保護材料はシャフト炉に機械的に注入される、請求項9に記載された方法。
- 保護材料は流体に注入された保護粉末材料である、請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載された方法。
- 保護粉末は、流体として下位レベルから取り戻されるN 2 又は高炉クリーンガスを含む、請求項11に記載された方法。
