Description
Claims (6)
- 極低温冷凍機の冷媒ガスを圧縮する圧縮機本体と、前記圧縮機本体によって圧縮された冷媒ガスおよび前記圧縮機本体を潤滑するオイルのうち少なくとも一方を冷却液との熱交換により冷却する液冷式熱交換器と、を備える圧縮機ユニットと、
メインチラーから前記液冷式熱交換器に前記冷却液を供給する供給ラインと、
前記液冷式熱交換器から前記メインチラーに前記冷却液を回収する回収ラインと、
前記圧縮機ユニットの外部に設置され、前記メインチラーに代替してまたは前記メインチラーとともに前記液冷式熱交換器に前記冷却液を循環させるバックアップチラーであって、循環ポンプと、前記循環ポンプの入口側または出口側で前記冷却液を冷却する冷却器と、を備えるバックアップチラーと、を備え、
前記バックアップチラーは、前記供給ラインと前記回収ラインをつなぐ接続ラインを備え、前記循環ポンプと前記冷却器は、前記接続ラインに設置されていることを特徴とする極低温冷凍機用圧縮機システム。 - 前記接続ラインに対して前記メインチラー側で前記供給ラインと前記回収ラインをつなぎ、前記液冷式熱交換器および前記バックアップチラーをバイパスして前記メインチラーに前記冷却液を循環させる流路の一部となるバイパスラインをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の極低温冷凍機用圧縮機システム。
- 前記供給ラインと前記回収ラインはそれぞれ、前記接続ラインに対して前記メインチラー側で切り離し可能に前記メインチラーに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の極低温冷凍機用圧縮機システム。
- 前記圧縮機ユニットは、前記冷却液、前記冷媒ガス、または前記オイルの温度を測定する温度センサを備え、
前記バックアップチラーは、前記温度センサによって測定された前記冷却液、前記冷媒ガス、または前記オイルの温度に基づいて前記バックアップチラーを起動するコントローラを備えることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の極低温冷凍機用圧縮機システム。 - 前記バックアップチラーは、前記冷却液の温度、流量、または圧力を測定するセンサと、前記センサによって測定された前記冷却液の温度、流量、または圧力に基づいて前記バックアップチラーを起動するコントローラと、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の極低温冷凍機用圧縮機システム。
- 極低温冷凍機用の圧縮機ユニットのための補助冷却装置であって、
メインチラーから、前記圧縮機ユニットに内蔵された液冷式熱交換器に冷却液を供給する供給ラインと、
前記液冷式熱交換器から前記メインチラーに前記冷却液を回収する回収ラインと、
前記圧縮機ユニットの外部に設置され、前記メインチラーに代替してまたは前記メインチラーとともに前記液冷式熱交換器に前記冷却液を循環させるバックアップチラーであって、循環ポンプと、前記循環ポンプの入口側または出口側で前記冷却液を冷却する冷却器と、を備えるバックアップチラーと、を備え、
前記バックアップチラーは、前記供給ラインと前記回収ラインをつなぐ接続ラインを備え、前記循環ポンプと前記冷却器は、前記接続ラインに設置されていることを特徴とする補助冷却装置。
