Claims (11)
- バス部材であって、
第1のセルの第1の電極端子と接続するための第1の接続部と、
第2のセルの第2の電極端子と接続するための第2の接続部と、
それぞれの一端が前記第1の接続部に接続され、他端が前記第2の接続部に接続される複数の溶断部と、を備え、
前記複数の溶断部のうち過電流断面積の最も大きいものに対応する過電流断面積はSmaxであり、前記複数の溶断部のうち過電流断面積の最も小さいものに対応する過電流断面積はSminであり、SminとSmaxは関係式0.3≦Smin/Smax≦1を満たし、
前記溶断部の数は少なくとも3つであり、
前記少なくとも3つの溶断部は前記バス部材の幅方向に並んで配置され、前記少なくとも3つの溶断部の過電流断面積は前記バス部材の幅方向の両側から中央へ順に減少する、バス部材。 - SminとSmaxは関係式0.8≦Smin/Smax<1を満たす、請求項1に記載のバス部材。
- 前記複数の溶断部の過電流断面積の合計はStotalであり、SminとStotalは関係式0.2≦Smin/Stotalを満たし、
SmaxとStotalは関係式Smax/Stotal≦0.6を満たす、請求項1又は2に記載のバス部材。 - 前記複数の溶断部のうちの少なくとも2つの溶断部の過電流断面積は等しくない、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のバス部材。
- 前記溶断部の過電流断面積はその厚さの1.5倍よりも大きい、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のバス部材。
- 少なくとも1つの前記溶断部に曲げ部が設けられ、前記曲げ部は前記バス部材の幅方向の応力を吸収するように配置される、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のバス部材。
- 前記複数の溶断部は、前記バス部材の幅方向の少なくとも一側において、前記第1の接続部及び前記第2の接続部とともに切り欠きを形成する、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のバス部材。
- 前記バス部材の幅方向の一側において、前記第1の接続部及び第2の接続部とともに第1の切り欠きを形成し、他側において、前記第1の接続部及び第2の接続部とともに第2の切り欠きを形成し、
前記第1の切り欠きと前記第2の切り欠きとは、前記バス部材の幅方向での深さが異なる、請求項7に記載のバス部材。 - 前記バス部材は保護カバーをさらに備え、前記保護カバーは前記複数の溶断部を包んで前記複数の溶断部を保護するように配置される、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載のバス部材。
- 電池であって、
第1の電極端子を有する第1のセルと、
第2の電極端子を有する第2のセルと、
前記第1の接続部が前記第1の電極端子に接続され、前記第2の接続部が前記第2の電極端子に接続される請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載のバス部材と、を備える、電池。 - 請求項10に記載の電池を備え、前記電池は電気エネルギーを提供するために使用される、電力消費機器。
