Description
複数のバッテリーパックと、
複数のバッテリーパックが上下に互いに離隔して収納されて複数のバッテリーパック同士の間が上下に連通するように開放された構造を有する収納空間を備え、収納空間には、複数のバッテリーパックと離隔して複数のバッテリーパック同士の間に位置し、バッテリーパックの体積が膨張する場合、バッテリーパックの体積膨張を阻止するように構成されたストッパが備えられたラックケースと、を含む。
ストッパの上部または下部に位置し、熱伝導を遮断するように構成された断熱パッドをさらに備え得る。
ストッパの上部または下部に位置し、熱を吸収するように構成された冷却パッドをさらに備え得る。
本発明の比較例として、二つのバッテリーパック、及び該二つのバッテリーパックを上下に互いに離隔して配置するように構成されたラックケースを含むバッテリーラックを用意した。このとき、二つのバッテリーパックのうち上部に位置したバッテリーパックの下面に、上下方向の厚さが6mmである断熱部材を設けた。
本発明の実施例は、比較例と同様に、二つのバッテリーパック、及び該二つのバッテリーパックを上下に互いに離隔して配置するように構成されたラックケースを含むバッテリーラックを用意した。このとき、二つのバッテリーパックのうち上部に位置したバッテリーパックの下面に、上下方向の厚さが6mmである断熱部材を設けた。

Claims (9)
- 複数のバッテリーパックと、
前記複数のバッテリーパックが上下に互いに離隔して収納されて前記複数のバッテリーパック同士の間が上下に連通するように開放された構造を有する収納空間を備え、前記収納空間には、前記複数のバッテリーパックと離隔して前記複数のバッテリーパック同士の間に位置し、前記バッテリーパックの体積が膨張する場合、前記バッテリーパックの体積膨張を阻止するように構成されたストッパが備えられたラックケースと、
を含み、
前記ラックケースは、前記収納空間を形成するように構成された上面壁、下面壁、左側壁、右側壁及び背面壁を備え、
前記ストッパは、前記左側壁、右側壁及び背面壁のうち少なくとも一つから水平方向に延びたビーム形態であり、
前記ラックケースの背面壁の内面から前方に延びたビームと前記ラックケースの左側壁の内面から右側壁の内面まで延びたビームとが互いに交差して連結された形態を有する、バッテリーラック。 - 前記ストッパは、前記ビーム形態の垂直断面が四角形状、I字状またはH字状である、請求項1に記載のバッテリーラック。
- 前記ストッパは、前記バッテリーパックの体積が膨張する場合、前記バッテリーパックを押し付けるように構成された本体部と、前記背面壁、左側壁及び右側壁のうち少なくとも一つに結合された固定部と、を備える、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリーラック。
- 前記ラックケースは、前記複数のバッテリーパックそれぞれの下部を上方に支持するように構成された複数の棚プレートをさらに備える、請求項3に記載のバッテリーラック。
- 前記ストッパの本体部は、前記棚プレートに連結されて下方に段差を設けた段差構造を有する、請求項4に記載のバッテリーラック。
- 前記ラックケースは、前記バッテリーパックの下面と前記棚プレートとの間に介在され、所定温度以上で固体から液体に相変化するように構成された支え部材をさらに備える、請求項4または5に記載のバッテリーラック。
- 前記ラックケースは、
前記ストッパの上部または下部に位置し、熱伝導を遮断するように構成された断熱パッドをさらに備える、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーラック。 - 前記ラックケースは、
前記ストッパの上部または下部に位置し、熱を吸収するように構成された冷却パッドをさらに備える、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーラック。 - 請求項1から8のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーラックを少なくとも一つ含む、電力貯蔵装置。
