Description
まず、超音波外科措置機器としての超音波デブリードマン器具について説明する。図1に示すように、超音波デブリードマン器具1は、本体2と、フットスイッチ3と、ハンドピース4と、ハンドピース4の先端に着脱可能に取り付けられたチップ5と、を備えている。なお、デブリードマンとは、壊死組織や汚染物質等を除去して創部を清浄化する治療法のことである。
第1実施形態のチップ5のチップ部53の形状が少し異なる形状の第2実施形態のチップ部54が、図3(a),(b)に示されている。
第1実施形態のチップ5の中間部52の形状及びチップ部53の形状が異なる第3実施形態のチップ5が、図4(a),(b)に示されている。
Claims (3)
- 超音波デブリードマン器具の本体から超音波振動が伝達され、前記本体から供給された液体を人体に向けて吐出するように構成された超音波デブリードマン器具のハンドピースの先端に着脱可能に備えるチップであって、
前記チップは、板状に構成されていて施術時に人体の組織に面するチップ部と、前記ハンドピースに取り付けられ先端側に前記液体を吐出する吐出口を有する中間部と、を備え、
前記チップ部は、前記吐出口から吐出される液体に当たる傾斜面を備え、
前記中間部は、該中間部が回転しないように2つの指で確実に支持するためのフラット面が左右両側に形成されている円筒部を更に備えていることを特徴とする超音波デブリードマン器具に備えるチップ。 - 前記チップ部は、平板状で、かつ、先端側ほど幅広となるように構成され、前記チップ部の傾斜面が、前記吐出口から延びる吐出経路に対して傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波デブリードマン器具に備えるチップ。
- 前記チップ部は、前記傾斜面への正対視で該チップ部の長手方向に長い略長円状又は略楕円状で、かつ、板厚方向のうちの一側に前記傾斜面を構成する湾曲した窪み部を備え、該窪み部の基端側内面に前記吐出口を備え、該吐出口から吐出される液体が前記窪み部の先端側内面に当たるように該吐出口を構成していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波デブリードマン器具に備えるチップ。
