Description
ケーブルと接続され、レセプタクルと嵌合自在とされたプラグ部と、
芯線とプラグ部の導電材の接続部が含まれる第1の円柱部と、被覆が除かれた芯線及びシールド線、並びに被覆を有するケーブルの端部が含まれる第2の円柱部とが連続して形成され、第1の円柱部の外径に比して第2の円柱部の外径が小とされた1次成型部と、
1次成型部の第2の円柱部の外面と重ねて設けられた2次成型部とを備え、
1次成型部の第1の円柱部の寸法がプラグ部の外径又は厚みであり、
1次成型部に比して2次成型部が柔軟であるコネクタである。
また、屈曲試験(100gの錘を付けて、毎分40回で、左右90°屈曲の往復を1回とする試験)の結果、500回持つことが確かめられた。

Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1つの芯線と、前記芯線の周囲に絶縁材を介して配されたシールド線と、前記シールド線の外側を覆う被覆を備えたケーブルと、
前記ケーブルと接続され、レセプタクルと嵌合自在とされたプラグ部と、
前記芯線と前記プラグ部の導電材の接続部が含まれる第1の円柱部と、前記被覆が除かれた前記芯線及び前記シールド線、並びに前記被覆を有する前記ケーブルの端部が含まれる第2の円柱部とが連続して形成され、前記第1の円柱部の外径に比して前記第2の円柱部の外径が小とされた1次成型部と、
前記1次成型部の前記第2の円柱部の外面と重ねて設けられた2次成型部とを備え、
前記1次成型部の前記第1の円柱部の寸法が前記プラグ部の外径又は厚みであり、
前記1次成型部に比して前記2次成型部が柔軟であるコネクタ。 - 前記1次成型部の前記第2の円柱部に、前記2次成型部の抜けを防止する抜け止め部が形成された請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記抜け止め部は、前記第2の円柱部の表面に形成された凹部又は凸部である請求項2に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記ケーブルが同軸ケーブルである請求項1又は2に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記ケーブルがデジタル信号伝送ケーブルである請求項1又は2に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記2次成型部が磁性粉と樹脂を混合したもので形成されるようになされた請求項1、2、4又は5に記載のコネクタ。
- 少なくとも1本以上の信号線と、前記信号線の外側を覆う被覆をもつケーブルと、
前記ケーブルと接続され、レセプタクルと嵌合自在とされたプラグ部と、
接続板の先端側が含まれる第1の角柱部と、前記接続板の後端側に接続される前記被覆が除かれた前記信号線、並びに前記被覆を有する前記ケーブルの端部が含まれる第2の角柱部とが連続して形成され、前記第1の角柱部の外径に比して前記第2の角柱部の外径が小とされた1次成型部と、
前記1次成型部の前記第2の角柱部の外面と重ねて設けられた2次成型部とを備え、
前記1次成型部の前記第1の角柱部の寸法が前記プラグ部の寸法であり、
前記1次成型部に比して前記2次成型部が柔軟であるコネクタ。 - 前記1次成型部の前記第2の角柱部に、前記2次成型部の抜けを防止する抜け止め部が形成された請求項7に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記抜け止め部は、前記第2の角柱部の表面に形成された凹部又は凸部である請求項8に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記ケーブルが同軸ケーブルである請求項7又は8に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記ケーブルがデジタル信号伝送ケーブルである請求項7又は8に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記2次成型部が磁性粉と樹脂を混合したもので形成されるようになされた請求項7、8、10又は11に記載のコネクタ。
