第1のハウジングを備えた第1のバッテリモジュールと、第2のハウジングを備え、第1の方向において第1のバッテリモジュールに隣接して配置された第2のバッテリモジュールと、クーラントチャネルと、クーラントチャネルに配置され、第1のバッテリモジュールと第2のバッテリモジュールとを電気的に接続するためのバッテリモジュールコネクタと、を備える、自動車用バッテリデバイスであって、第1のハウジング及び第2のハウジングが、第1の方向と直交して配置された第2の方向において互いに反対側にあるそれぞれの端部側にクーラント入口開口部を有し、第2の方向において第1のハウジング又は第2のハウジングの中央に配置され、クーラントチャネル内につながる1つのクーラント出口開口部をそれぞれ有する、自動車用バッテリデバイスによって達成される。

- 第1のハウジング(5.1)を備えた第1のバッテリモジュール(1)と、
第2のハウジング(5.2)を備え、第1の方向(X)において前記第1のバッテリモジュール(1)に隣接して配置された第2のバッテリモジュール(2)と、
クーラントチャネル(12)と、
前記クーラントチャネル(12)に配置され、前記第1のバッテリモジュール(1)と前記第2のバッテリモジュール(2)とを電気的に接続するためのバッテリモジュールコネクタ(13)と
を備える、自動車(200)用バッテリデバイス(100)であって、
前記第1のハウジング(5.1)及び前記第2のハウジング(5.2)が、前記第1の方向(X)と直交して配置された第2の方向(Y)において、互いに反対側にあるそれぞれの端部側(5’)にクーラント入口開口部(10)を有し、前記第2の方向(Y)において前記第1のハウジング(5.1)又は前記第2のハウジング(5.2)の中央に配置され、前記クーラントチャネル(12)内につながる1つのクーラント出口開口部(11)をそれぞれ有することを特徴とする、自動車(200)用バッテリデバイス(100)。 - 前記クーラントチャネル(12)が、前記第1の方向(X)に沿って主に延びる方向を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリデバイス(100)。
- 前記端部側(5’)が機械的に強化されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリデバイス(100)。
- 前記バッテリモジュールコネクタ(13)がバスバー(13.1)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリデバイス(100)。
- 前記第1のバッテリモジュール(1)が、第1のバッテリセルスタック(6)と更なる第1のバッテリセルスタック(7)とを有し、前記第1のバッテリセルスタック(6)と前記更なる第1のバッテリセルスタック(7)とが、前記第1のハウジング(5.1)内で前記第2の方向(Y)において互いに隣接して配置され、
前記第2のバッテリモジュール(2)が、第2のバッテリセルスタック(8)と更なる第2のバッテリセルスタック(9)とを有し、前記第2のバッテリセルスタック(8)と前記更なる第2のバッテリセルスタック(9)とが、前記第2のハウジング(5.2)内で前記第2の方向(Y)において互いに隣接して配置されることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリデバイス(100)。 - 前記第2の方向(Y)に沿ってクーラントを導くためのクーラントセクション(14)が、前記第1のバッテリセルスタック(6)、前記更なる第1のバッテリセルスタック(7)、前記第2のバッテリセルスタック(8)、及び前記更なる第2のバッテリセルスタック(9)の下側(6.1、7.1)に、並びに前記第1のバッテリセルスタック(6)、前記更なる第1のバッテリセルスタック(7)、前記第2のバッテリセルスタック(8)、及び前記更なる第2のバッテリセルスタック(9)の、前記下側(6.1、7.1)とは反対側にある上側(6.2、7.2)に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記
載のバッテリデバイス(100)。 - 前記第2の方向(Y)に沿ってクーラントを導くための更なるクーラントセクション(15)が、前記第1のバッテリセルスタック(6)、前記更なる第1のバッテリセルスタック(7)、前記第2のバッテリセルスタック(8)、及び前記更なる第2のバッテリセルスタック(9)のバッテリセル(6’、7’、8’、9’)の間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のバッテリデバイス(100)。
- 前記第1の方向(X)及び前記第2の方向(Y)と直交する第3の方向(Z)に沿ってクーラントを導くための更なるクーラントセクション(15)が、前記第1のバッテリセルスタック(6)、前記更なる第1のバッテリセルスタック(7)、前記第2のバッテリセルスタック(8)、及び前記更なる第2のバッテリセルスタック(9)のバッテリセル(6’、7’、8’、9’)の間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のバッテリデバイス(100)。
- 前記クーラントセクション(14)を液密に閉鎖するためのクロージャ要素(16)が、前記クーラントセクション(14)において、前記第1のバッテリセルスタック(6)、前記更なる第1のバッテリセルスタック(7)、前記第2のバッテリセルスタック(8)、及び前記更なる第2のバッテリセルスタック(9)の、前記端部側(5’)に面する前記外側(6.3、7.3)で前記上側(6.2、7.2)に、及び前記外側(6.3、7.3)とは反対側にある内側(6.4、7.4)で前記下側(6.1、7.1)に配置されること、又は前記クーラントセクション(14)を液密に閉鎖するためのクロージャ要素(16)が、前記クーラントセクション(14)において、前記第1のバッテリセルスタック(6)、前記更なる第1のバッテリセルスタック(7)、前記第2のバッテリセルスタック(8)、及び前記更なる第2のバッテリセルスタック(9)の前記外側(6.3、7.3)で前記下側(6.1、7.1)に、及び前記内側(6.4、7.4)で前記上側(6.2、7.2)に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のバッテリデバイス(100)。
- 前記クーラントチャネル(12)が、前記第1のハウジング(5.1)及び前記第2のハウジング(5.2)の内部空間(5’’’)の上側(5’’)且つ外側に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリデバイス(100)。
- 請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリデバイス(100)を備える自動車(200)。
- 前記第1の方向(X)が、前記自動車(200)の長手方向軸(x)に沿って配置され、前記第2の方向(Y)が、前記自動車(200)の横断方向軸(y)に沿って配置されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の自動車(200)。
- 前記端部側(5’)が、前記自動車(200)のシル(201)に面して配置されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の自動車(200)。
- 第1のハウジング(5.1)を備えた第1のバッテリモジュール(1)と、
第2のハウジング(5.2)を備え、第1の方向(X)において前記第1のバッテリモジュール(1)に隣接して配置された第2のバッテリモジュール(2)と、
クーラントチャネル(12)と、
前記クーラントチャネル(12)に配置され、前記第1のバッテリモジュール(1)と前記第2のバッテリモジュール(2)とを電気的に接続するためのバッテリモジュールコネクタ(13)と
を備える、自動車(200)用バッテリデバイス(100)の動作方法であって、
前記第1のハウジング(5.1)及び前記第2のハウジング(5.2)が、前記第1の
方向(X)と直交して配置された第2の方向(Y)において互いに反対側にあるそれぞれの端部側(5’)にクーラント入口開口部(10)を有し、前記クーラント入口開口部(10)を通ってクーラントがそれぞれの前記ハウジング(5.1、5.2)に流入し、
前記第1のハウジング(5.1)及び前記第2のハウジング(5.2)が、前記第2の方向(Y)において前記第1のハウジング(5.1)又は前記第2のハウジング(5.2)の中央に配置され、前記クーラントチャネル(12)内につながるクーラント出口開口部(11)をそれぞれ有し、前記クーラント出口開口部(11)を通って前記クーラントがそれぞれの前記ハウジング(5.1、5.2)から流れ出る、自動車(200)用バッテリデバイス(100)の動作方法。
