Claims (19)
- アンテナと、
一定のキャパシタンスと、第1総抵抗及び第1総抵抗より大きい第2総抵抗とを有し、第1総抵抗と第2総抵抗との間で選択的に転換されるように構成される、集積回路とを含み、
前記集積回路は、広帯域モードと共振モードとの間で選択的に動作するように構成され、
前記広帯域モードは、前記第1総抵抗および前記一定のキャパシタンスによって得られる第1入力インピーダンスによる広帯域整合を提供し、
前記共振モードは、前記第2総抵抗および前記一定のキャパシタンスによって得られる第2入力インピーダンスによる狭帯域整合を提供する、パッシブ無線周波数識別(“RFID”)タグ。 - 前記広帯域モードと前記共振モードとの間で入力を転換するための一連のパルスを放出するように構成されたサブ閾値検出器回路をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のパッシブRFIDタグ。
- 第1抵抗器及び第2抵抗器をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のパッシブRFIDタグ。
- 第1総抵抗は第1抵抗器の抵抗の関数であり、第2総抵抗は第2抵抗器の抵抗の関数であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のパッシブRFIDタグ。
- 第1総抵抗は、並列で連結されるとき、第1抵抗器と第2抵抗器の総抵抗の関数であり、第2総抵抗は第1抵抗器の抵抗又は第2抵抗器の抵抗の関数であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のパッシブRFIDタグ。
- 第2総抵抗は、直列で連結されるとき、第1抵抗器及び第2抵抗器の総抵抗の関数であり、第1総抵抗は第1抵抗器の抵抗又は第2抵抗器の抵抗の関数であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のパッシブRFIDタグ。
- 複数の抵抗器をさらに含み、第1総抵抗は、並列で連結されるとき、複数の抵抗器の中で二つ以上の総抵抗の関数であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のパッシブRFIDタグ。
- 第2総抵抗は複数の抵抗器のいずれか一つの抵抗の関数であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のパッシブRFIDタグ。
- 第2総抵抗は、直列で連結されるとき、複数の抵抗器の中で二つ以上の総抵抗の関数であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のパッシブRFIDタグ。
- 複数の抵抗器をさらに含み、第2総抵抗は、直列で連結されるとき、複数の抵抗器の中で二つ以上の総抵抗の関数であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のパッシブRFIDタグ。
- 第1総抵抗は複数の抵抗器のいずれか一つの抵抗の関数であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のパッシブRFIDタグ。
- 第1総抵抗は、並列で連結されるとき、複数の抵抗器の中で二つ以上の総抵抗の関数であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のパッシブRFIDタグ。
- 集積回路は第3総抵抗を有し、第1総抵抗、第2総抵抗及び第3総抵抗の中で選択的に転換されるように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のパッシブRFIDタグ。
- 第3総抵抗は第1総抵抗及び第2総抵抗の中で一つ又は二つより大きいことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のパッシブRFIDタグ。
- 第3総抵抗は第1総抵抗及び第2総抵抗の中で一つ又は二つより小さいことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のパッシブRFIDタグ。
- 第3総抵抗は第1総抵抗より大きくて第2総抵抗より小さいことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のパッシブRFIDタグ。
- 無線周波数(“RF”)ブーストモジュールをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のパッシブRFIDタグ。
- RFブーストモジュールは一つ以上のキャパシタを含むことを特徴とする、請求項17に記載のパッシブRFIDタグ。
