Claims (15)
- エアロゾル発生装置の加熱チャンバ内で加熱された時に、吸入可能なエアロゾルを生成するためのエアロゾル発生物品であって、前記加熱チャンバは、前記エアロゾル発生物品が前記加熱チャンバ内で加熱されるように前記エアロゾル発生物品を受容するように構成され、前記エアロゾル発生物品は、
エアロゾル発生基体のロッドと、
少なくとも前記ロッドを囲むラッパーであって、前記囲まれたロッドの外径が前記加熱チャンバの内径より小さい、ラッパーと、
前記ラッパーの外表面上に配置された少なくとも一つの熱膨張可能な要素であって、前記熱膨張可能な要素の少なくとも一部が前記加熱チャンバの内表面と係合するように、前記加熱チャンバ内で加熱された時に変形するように構成される、熱膨張可能な要素と、を備える、エアロゾル発生物品。 - 前記少なくとも一つの熱膨張可能な要素が熱反応性材料を含む、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記熱反応性材料が膨張性反応性材料である、請求項2に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 加熱に伴い、前記熱反応性材料が、少なくとも約1.1倍膨張する、請求項2または3に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記エアロゾル発生物品が、熱に曝露された時に、元の寸法の約1.001倍~約1.14倍に膨張する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記少なくとも一つの熱膨張可能な要素が前記ラッパーの周囲で延びる、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記ラッパーの周囲で別個の場所に配置された複数の熱膨張可能な要素を備える、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記熱反応性材料が前記ラッパーの周囲に均一に配置されている、請求項2~4のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記少なくとも一つの熱膨張可能な要素が、第一の熱反応性材料を含む第一の層と、前記第一の層に隣接し、第二の熱反応性材料を含む半径方向外側の第二の層とを備え、前記第一の熱反応性材料の熱膨張係数が前記第二の熱反応性材料の熱膨張係数より小さい、請求項2~8のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記少なくとも一つの熱膨張可能な要素と前記エアロゾル発生物品の口側端との間の距離が、前記エアロゾル発生物品の全長の約50パーセントより大きい、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 非変形状態の前記少なくとも一つの熱膨張可能な要素の厚さが、少なくとも約0.05ミリメートルである、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 直線状の連続的な配設において、前記エアロゾル発生基体のすぐ下流に位置する支持要素と、前記支持要素の下流に位置するエアロゾル冷却要素と、前記ロッド、前記支持要素、および前記エアロゾル冷却要素を囲む外側ラッパーと、をさらに備える、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- エアロゾル発生物品と、ヒーターおよび細長い加熱チャンバを備える電気的に作動するエアロゾル発生装置とを備え、前記エアロゾル発生物品が前記加熱チャンバ内で加熱されるように前記加熱チャンバが前記エアロゾル発生物品を受容するように構成された、エアロゾル発生システムであって、前記エアロゾル発生物品が、
エアロゾル発生基体のロッドと、
少なくとも前記ロッドを囲むラッパーであって、前記囲まれたロッドの外径が前記加熱チャンバの内径より小さい、ラッパーと、
前記ラッパーの外表面上に配置された少なくとも一つの熱膨張可能な要素であって、前記熱膨張可能な要素の少なくとも一部が前記加熱チャンバの内表面と係合するように、前記加熱チャンバ内で加熱された時に変形するように構成される、熱膨張可能な要素と、を備える、エアロゾル発生システム。 - 前記ヒーターが実質的に円筒状の細長い発熱体を備え、かつ前記加熱チャンバが前記ヒーターの長軸方向の表面の周囲に配置されている、請求項13に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 加熱式エアロゾル発生基体からの熱損失を低減するために、前記加熱チャンバと前記装置の外部との間に配設された断熱手段を備える、請求項13または14に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
