- 前記ウォームシャフト(12)の軸方向に延在する少なくとも1つのセクションにおける前記3つの列(40)のうちの2つの列の前記ブレード要素(22、22’、22’’、22’’’、22iv、22v)が互いに同一であり、前記シャフトロッド(20)の周面上の2つの列(40)における前記ブレード要素(22、22’、22’’、22’’’、22iv、22v)の外周面にある中点M間の角距離αが、前記シャフトロッド(20)の周面上の他方の列の外周面にある中点Mと前記2つの列(40)の外周面にある中点Mの各々との間の角距離とは異なることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のウォームシャフト(12)。
- 円形の断面を有するシャフトロッド(20)を備えたウォームシャフト(12)のセクションであって、ここで、前記シャフトロッド(20)の周面から外向きに延在する離間したブレード要素(22、22’、22’’、22’’’、22iv、22v)は、前記シャフトロッド(20)の周面上に配置され、ここで、前記ブレード要素(22、22’、22’’、22’’’、22iv、22v)は、前記ウォームシャフト(12)の軸方向に延在する3つの列(40)で前記シャフトロッド(20)の周面上に配置され、ここで、前記ウォームシャフト(12)の軸方向に延在するこのセクションは、前記3つの列(40)に配置された前記ブレード要素以外にいかなるブレード要素も含まず、ここで、i)前記列(40)のうち1つの列における少なくとも1つの前記ブレード要素(22、22’、22’’、22’’’、22iv、22v)の長さおよび/もしくは幅は、前記列(40)の別の列における少なくとも1つの前記ブレード要素(22、22’、22’’、22’’’、22iv、22v)の長さおよび/もしくは幅より短いおよび/もしくは狭く、および/またはii)前記ブレード要素(22、22’、22’’、22’’’、22iv、22v)の前記列は、前記シャフトロッド(20)の断面で見て、前記シャフトロッド(20)の外周面によって画定された円周上に分布し、前記3つの列(40)のうち少なくとも2つの隣接する列のシャフトロッド(20)の周面上の前記ブレード要素(22、22’、22’’、22’’’、22iv、22v)の外周面の中点M間の角距離が、前記2つの隣接する列のうちの1つと前記2つの隣接する列以外の3つ目の列との間の少なくとも2つの角距離と異なるようにし、ブレード要素の各々が、上面図において平行四辺形、長円形、楕円形、または両凸である外周面を有し、またここで、各列(40)は、互いから軸方向に分離された1つ、2つ、3つ、または4つのブレード要素(22、22’、22’’、22’’’、22iv、22v)を含む、セクション。

- 請求項6に記載のハウジングを含む、ポリマー顆粒、ポリマー押出形材、またはポリマー成形部品の製造の連続調製プロセス用の混合混練機(100)。
