- 上面図で前記ウォームシャフト(12)の軸方向に延在する前記少なくとも1つのセクションの前記ブレード要素(22、22’、22’’、22’’’、22iv、22v)の少なくとも50%、好ましくは少なくとも80%、非常に好ましくは少なくとも90%が、平行四辺形、長円形、楕円形、両凸、変形長円形、変形楕円形、変形両凸、および変形長方形で構成される群から選択される形態の外周面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のウォームシャフト(12)。
- 列(40)の前記ブレード要素(22、22’、22’’、22’’’、22iv、22v)のすべてが同じ形状であり、ここで、前記3つの列(40)のうちの2つの列の前記ブレード要素(22、22’、22’’、22’’’、22iv、22v)の形状は同じであり、第3の列(40)の前記ブレード要素(22、22’、22’’、22’’’、22iv、22v)の形状とは異なることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のウォームシャフト(12)。
- 前記ウォームシャフトの軸方向に延在する少なくとも1つのセクションにおける前記3つの列(40)のうちの2つの列の前記ブレード要素(22、22’、22’’、22’’’、22iv、22v)は互いに同一であり、前記第3の列(40)の前記ブレード要素(22、22’、22’’、22’’’、22iv、22v)は、他方の列(40)の前記ブレード要素(22、22’、22’’、22’’’、22iv、22v)と同じかまたは異なる形状であり、ここで、前記第3の列(40)の前記ブレード要素(22、22’、22’’、22’’’、22iv、22v)は、他方の2つの列(40)の前記ブレード要素(22、22’、22’’、22’’’、22iv、22v)よりも1〜25%、好ましくは2〜20%、特に好ましくは5〜15%長い、短い、狭い、または広いことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のウォームシャフト(12)。
- 前記ウォームシャフト(12)の軸方向に延在する少なくとも1つのセクションにおける前記3つの列(40)のうちの2つの列の前記ブレード要素(22、22’、22’’、22’’’、22iv、22v)が互いに同一であり、前記シャフトロッド(20)の周面上の2つの列(40)における前記ブレード要素(22、22’、22’’、22’’’、22iv、22v)の外周面にある中点M間の角距離αが、前記シャフトロッド(20)の周面上の他方の列の外周面にある中点Mと前記2つの列(40)の外周面にある中点Mの各々との間の角距離とは異なることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のウォームシャフト(12)。
- 前記シャフトロッド(20)の周面上で前記ウォームシャフト(12)の軸方向に延在する前記少なくとも1つのセクションの前記3つの列(40)のうちの2つの列における前記ブレード要素(22、22’、22’’、22’’’、22iv、22v)の外周面にある中点M間の角距離αは、124°〜146°、好ましくは130°〜140°、特に好ましくは132°〜138°、特に好ましくは133°〜137°、非常に特に好ましくは134°〜136°、最も好ましくは約135°であり、前記シャフトロッド(20)の外周面上の他方の列の外周面にある中点Mと2つの列(40)の外周面にある各中点Mとの間の角距離ブレード要素は、102°〜123°、好ましくは107°〜118°、特に好ましくは110°〜115°、特に好ましくは111°〜114°、非常に特に好ましくは112°〜113°、最も好ましくは約112.5°であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のウォームシャフト(12)。
- 前記ウォームシャフト(12)の軸方向に延在する前記少なくとも1つのセクションにおける前記3つの列(40)のうちの2つの列の前記ブレード要素(22、22’、22’’、22’’’、22iv、22v)の各々は、前記シャフトロッド(20)の断面で見て、前記シャフトロッド(20)の周面の同じ角距離上に延在し、他方の列(40)の前記ブレード要素(22、22’、22’’、22’’’、22iv、22v)の各々は、より短いかより長い角度セクション上に延在し、ここで前記角距離間の差は、好ましくは1〜20%、特に好ましくは5〜15%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のウォームシャフト(12)。
