Claims (11)
- 監視領域(32)内の物体(34)を検出するための光電センサ(10、60)、特にレーザスキャナであって、発射光(30)を送出するための発光器(26)と、固定子(24)及び回転子(22)を有する駆動部と、前記発射光(30)で前記監視領域(32)を周期的に走査するための、前記回転子(22)を用いて運動させることができる走査ユニット(12、62)と、前記監視領域(32)内の物体(34)により反射された光(36)から受信信号を生成するための受光器(40)と、前記受信信号に基づいて前記監視領域(32)内の物体(34)に関する情報を取得するための制御及び評価ユニット(44)と、カバー(16)と、基礎ケーシング(14)とを備えるセンサ(10、60)において、
前記基礎ケーシング(14)と前記カバー(16)が機械的な接続のための少なくとも1つの接続箇所(18)を相互に備えており、前記カバー(16)が前記走査ユニット(12、62)を受けるための少なくとも1つの第1の軸受(20)を含み、前記走査ユニット(12、62)が前記回転子(22)と一緒に回転可能に前記第1の軸受(20)内で支持されていることを特徴とする光電センサ(10、60)。 - 前記固定子(24)が前記基礎ケーシング(14)内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光電センサ(10、60)。
- 前記固定子(24)が前記カバー(16)内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光電センサ(10、60)。
- 前記第1の軸受(20)が前記カバー(16)のうち前記基礎ケーシング(14)の方を向いた側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の光電センサ(10、60)。
- 前記カバー(16)が前記走査ユニット(12、62)を回転可能に支持するための第2の軸受(54)を備え、前記第2の軸受(54)が前記カバー(16)のうち前記基礎ケーシング(14)とは反対の方を向いた側に配置されている請求項4に記載の光電センサ(10、60)。
- 前記カバー(16)が側壁(50)と蓋領域(52)を有する回転体として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の光電センサ(10、60)。
- 前記カバー(16)が、前記発射光(30)の出射領域及び前記監視領域(32)内の物体(34)による反射光(36)の入射領域としての前面パネル(50)を備えている請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の光電センサ(10、60)。
- 前記カバー(16)が前記発射光(30)に対して透明な合成物質で作製されていることを特徴とする請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の光電センサ(10、60)。
- 前記発光器(26)及び前記受光器(40)が前記基礎ケーシング(14)内に配置されており、前記走査ユニット(12)が、前記発射光(30)を前記監視領域(32)へと向かわせるとともに該監視領域(32)内の物体(34)による反射光(36)を前記受光器(40)へ向かわせる方向転換ミラー(25)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1~8のいずれかに記載の光電センサ(10)。
- 前記走査ユニット(62)が前記発光器(26)及び/又は前記受光器(40)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1~8のいずれかに記載の光電センサ(60)。
- 前記光電センサ(60)が前記カバー(16)を中央で支えるための支持要素(72)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の光電センサ(60)。
