Claims (9)
- 二次電池用の電極アセンブリであって、
電極本体と前記電極本体を電気的に接続するための電極端子部とを備える電極ユニットと、
前記電極ユニットの外部に巻回される第1の絶縁膜と、
を含み、
前記第1の絶縁膜は、接続された接続部及び延伸部を有し、前記接続部には、前記電極端子部に接続するための接着領域が設けられており、前記延伸部は、前記第1の絶縁膜における前記電極端子部の端面を超える部分であり、且つ前記延伸部における前記電極ユニットに近接する一面の少なくとも一部が非接着領域として設けられており、
前記電極本体の外周面に巻き付けられた第2の絶縁膜をさらに含み、
前記第2の絶縁膜の表面には、接着剤が設けられており、前記第2の絶縁膜は、前記電極端子部の端面を超えることなく、前記電極端子部の外周まで延伸しており、
前記第2の絶縁膜と前記第1の絶縁膜とは、部分的に積層されている、
電極アセンブリ。 - 前記非接着領域は、前記延伸部を覆っている、
請求項1に記載の電極アセンブリ。 - 前記非接着領域は、前記延伸部から前記接続部まで延伸している、
請求項2に記載の電極アセンブリ。 - 前記接続部は、接続された第1の部分及び第2の部分を含み、前記第1の部分は、前記電極端子部の外周面を覆うのに用いられ、前記第2の部分は、前記電極本体の外周面の少なくとも一部を覆うのに用いられ、前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分にはいずれにも接着領域が設けられている、
請求項1に記載の電極アセンブリ。 - 前記第2の部分は、前記電極本体の外周面を完全に覆っている、
請求項4に記載の電極アセンブリ。 - 二次電池であって、
開口を有するケースと、
前記開口を覆い、前記ケースと囲んで第1の収容空間を形成するエンドキャップと、
前記第1の収容空間に位置する請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の電極アセンブリと、
を含む、二次電池。 - 前記エンドキャップにおける前記電極アセンブリに対向する一側には、セパレータが設けられており、前記セパレータは、側壁と前記側壁に囲まれて形成された第2の収容空間とを有し、前記延伸部は、前記第2の収容空間に位置する、
請求項6に記載の二次電池。 - 筐体と、
前記筐体内に収容されている複数の請求項7に記載の二次電池と、
を含む、電池パック。 - 電気エネルギーを供給するのに用いられる請求項7に記載の二次電池を含む、装置。
