Claims (20)
- 対象における脊椎の病変又は脊椎変形矯正の手術計画及び評価のためのシステムであって、前記システムは:

1つ又は複数の脊椎矯正入力を受信し;
受信された前記1つ又は複数の脊椎矯正入力に基づいて、前記生体力学的モデルを維持するための最小の筋努力を予測することによって、所定の姿勢で前記生体力学的モデルをシミュレートし;
シミュレートされた前記生体力学的モデルを、予測された前記最小の筋努力に基づいて更新し;
シミュレートされた前記生体力学的モデルの1つ又は複数の特性の表示を提供する;ように構成される、
制御ユニットを有する、
システム。 - 前記1つ又は複数の脊椎矯正入力は、前記1つ又は複数の椎体間の椎間高さ及び角度における1つ又は複数の変化を含む、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記生体力学的モデルは、前記対象の筋骨格モデルを含む、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記筋骨格モデルの処理は、逆-逆ダイナミクスモデリングを含む、
請求項3に記載のシステム。 - 前記筋骨格モデルは、脊椎-骨盤パラメータ、靭帯パラメータ、及び関節運動学のうちの1つ又は複数を含む、
請求項3に記載のシステム。 - 前記制御ユニットは、前記X線写真の前記1つ又は複数の椎体に基づいて矢状面湾曲プロファイルを生成するように構成される、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記生体力学的モデルの前記1つ又は複数の椎体の前記整列は、前記矢状面湾曲プロファイルにマッチするように前記生体力学的モデルを修正することを含む、
請求項6に記載のシステム。 - 前記生体力学的モデルを修正することは、前記1つ又は複数の椎体をスケーリングすること、前記1つ又は複数の椎体の位置を調整すること、及びシミュレートされた対象の解剖学的構造をモーフィングすることのうちの1つ又は複数を含む、
請求項7に記載のシステム。 - 前記所定の姿勢は、立位姿勢である、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記立位姿勢は、前記生体力学的モデル内の質量中心の位置に従って決定される、
請求項9に記載のシステム。 - 対象における脊椎変形矯正の手術計画及び評価のための方法であって、前記方法は:
生体力学的モデルの1つ又は複数の椎体を、X線写真の1つ又は複数の椎体に整列させることと;
1つ又は複数の脊椎矯正入力を受信することと;
受信された前記1つ又は複数の脊椎矯正入力に基づいて、前記生体力学的モデルを維持するための最小の筋努力を予測することによって、所定の姿勢で前記生体力学的モデルをシミュレートすることと;
シミュレートされた前記生体力学的モデルを、予測された前記最小の筋努力に基づいて更新することと;
シミュレートされた前記生体力学的モデルの1つ又は複数の特性を表示することと;を含む、
方法。 - 前記1つ又は複数の脊椎矯正入力は、前記1つ又は複数の椎体間の椎間高さ及び角度における1つ又は複数の変化を含む、
