Abstract
Description
浄水場に引き込む原水の毒物と、浄水場に引き込む原水の油臭と、浄水場で処理された浄水のカビ臭の3つをそれぞれ違う機能を持つセンサを用いて自動検出するセンシング機器を備えた水質監視の目的とするハイブリッド水質自動検出装置であって、
前記毒物の検出は原水中における魚類の異常行動を監視カメラと画像処理装置で自動検出し、油臭は原水を収容した油検出容器の上蓋に設置した酸化スズ半導体センサ素子と油臭制御装置と管理用PCソフトで自動検出し、カビ臭は前記浄水を収容したカビ臭検出容器とカビ臭がない純水を収容した純水ベース水容器とエアーポンプと感応膜圧電共振センサ素子と解析PCソフトを連携して検出することを特徴とする。
請求項2記載のハイブリッド水質自動検出装置は、請求項1記載のハイブリッド水質自動検出装置において、
前記浄水場の毒物用出水は着水井から原水を引き込み、油臭検出水も同じ着水井から原水を引き込み、カビ臭は浄水場で処理された浄水をカビ臭検出容器に引き込んで検出することを特徴とする。
前記純水ベース水容器の純水のエアーをエアーポンプで感応膜圧電共振センサ素子に吹付けることでセンサ素子表面を洗浄し、素子表面をクリアにしてカビ臭検出容器の浄水のエアーをエアーポンプで感応膜圧電共振センサ素子に吹付けることで微量なカビ臭を検知できるようにしたことを特徴とする。
すなわち、浄水場に引き込む原水の毒物と油とカビ臭の3つをそれぞれ違う機能を持つセンサを用いて自動検出するセンシング機器を一つのコンパクトなユニットに納めて水質監視ができる。
浄水場においては離れた河川等の取水口や着水井の原水2でカビ臭を検出できれば浄水場の浄水処理プロセス1の段階で活性炭を投入してカビ臭物質を除去したいとの要望もある、その対策として市販されている災害時にパッケージ化されたろ過膜や塩素注入器を備えた小型可搬型の浄水装置を避難場所に設置してプールの水や近くの池や河川の水を浄化して避難者に飲み水を提供している、この浄水装置をオプションとして備えれば検査水量の少なさもあり浄水場の小型版で同じような浄水処理をしているので原水でも微量カビ臭検出が可能になる。

- 浄水場に引き込む原水の毒物と、浄水場に引き込む原水の油臭と、浄水場で処理された浄水のカビ臭の3つをそれぞれ違う機能を持つセンサを用いて自動検出するセンシング機器を備えた水質監視を目的とするハイブリッド水質自動検出装置であって、
前記毒物の検出は原水中における魚類の異常行動を監視カメラと画像処理装置で自動検出し、油臭は原水を収容した油臭検出容器の上蓋に設置した酸化スズ半導体センサ素子と油臭制御装置と管理用PCソフトで自動検出し、カビ臭は前記浄水を収容したカビ臭検出容器とカビ臭がない純水を収容した純水ベース水容器とエアーポンプと感応膜圧電共振センサ素子と解析PCソフトを連携して検出することを特徴とするハイブリッド水質自動検出装置。 - 請求項1記載のハイブリッド水質自動検出装置において、
前記浄水場の毒物用出水は着水井から原水を引き込み、油臭検出水も同じ着水井から原水を引き込み、カビ臭は浄水場で処理された浄水をカビ臭検出容器に引き込んで検出することを特徴とするハイブリッド水質自動検出装置。 - 請求項1記載のハイブリッド水質自動検出装置において、
前記純水ベース水容器の純水のエアーをエアーポンプで感応膜圧電共振センサ素子に吹付けることでセンサ素子表面を洗浄し、素子表面をクリアにしてカビ臭検出容器の浄水のエアーをエアーポンプで感応膜圧電共振センサ素子に吹付けることで微量なカビ臭を検知できるようにしたことを特徴とするハイブリッド水質自動検出装置。
