Claims (12)
- スプレー混合消防装置であって、水スプレーノズル(1)及び粉末スプレーノズル(2)を含み、前記水スプレーノズル(1)は、前記粉末スプレーノズル(2)の外部に周設されており、前記粉末スプレーノズル(2)の粉末スプレー口(4)は、前記水スプレーノズル(1)の水スプレー口(3)の後方に設けられていることを特徴とするスプレー混合消防装置。
- 前記粉末スプレーノズル(2)内から噴出された消火剤粉末は、前記水スプレーノズル(1)内から噴出された水流と前記消防装置外部の空中で混合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスプレー混合消防装置。
- 前記消火剤粉末はポリアクリル酸ナトリウム樹脂粉末であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のスプレー混合消防装置。
- 前記粉末スプレーノズル(2)の粉末スプレー口(4)と前記水スプレーノズル(1)の水スプレー口(3)とは、粉末と液体が噴出されるときに閉鎖パイプから離れて外気と接触する位置を指すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスプレー混合消防装置。
- 前記粉末スプレーノズル(2)の粉末スプレー口(4)と前記水スプレーノズル(1)の水スプレー口(3)との軸方向の距離Aは3cmより大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスプレー混合消防装置。
- 前記粉末スプレーノズル(2)はさらに、前記粉末スプレーノズル(2)の前部に設けられている着脱可能な止水スリーブ(11)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスプレー混合消防装置。
- 前記粉末スプレーノズル(2)と前記水スプレーノズル(1)の管壁との間に排水空間(12)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスプレー混合消防装置。
- 前記水スプレーノズル(1)の前部には外側スリーブ(10)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスプレー混合消防装置。
- 前記水スプレーノズル(1)は水スプレー管(5)に接続され、高圧水流又は水ミストをスプレーすることができ、前記粉末スプレーノズル(2)は粉末スプレー管(6)に接続され、前記粉末スプレー管(6)は粉末貯蔵タンク(7)に接続され、前記粉末貯蔵タンク(7)は高圧ガス源(8)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスプレー混合消防装置。
- 粉末消火剤と水のスプレー混合方法であって、粉末スプレーノズル(2)の粉末スプレー口(4)内から噴出された高吸水性樹脂消火剤粉末を、粉末スプレーノズル(2)から噴出して、粉末スプレーノズル(2)の周囲の水スプレー口(3)内から噴出された水流と水スプレーノズル(1)の外部の空気中で混合し、前記水スプレーノズル(1)は前記粉末スプレーノズル(2)外側の周りに設置され、前記粉末スプレーノズル(2)の粉末スプレー口(4)は、前記水スプレーノズル(1)の水スプレー口(3)の後方に設けられていることを特徴とする粉末消火剤と水のスプレー混合方法。
- 前記消火剤粉末はポリアクリル酸ナトリウム樹脂粉末であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の粉末消火剤と水のスプレー混合方法。
- 前記消火剤粉末は水スプレー口(3)の位置の後方から噴出されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の粉末消火剤と水のスプレー混合方法。
