Description
また吸光度Aλは、光路長Lと反応液に含まれる特定成分の濃度Cに比例するので、次式が成り立つ。
ここでεは特定成分の種類毎に定められる比例定数である。すなわち反応液の透過光の強度Iλから算出される吸光度Aλの値と光路長Lとから特定成分の濃度Cが算出される。
二つの透光面502は平行であり、一方は分光された光が入射する面であり、他方は反応液の透過光が通過する面である。孔202に挿入される反応容器114は、透光面502が測光用孔206と向き合うように配置されることが好ましい。透光面502が測光用孔206と向き合うように配置されたとき、二つの透光面502の間の距離が光路長Lとなる。
Claims (8)
- 検体と試薬との混合液が収容される反応容器が挿入される孔を有するインキュベータと、
未使用の反応容器を前記インキュベータに移送し、前記孔に挿入する移送部と、を備え、
前記孔の入り口には、自己潤滑性を有する部材である潤滑部材が設けられ、
前記潤滑部材は、前記反応容器に収容される混合液の液面よりも高い位置に設けられることを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 請求項1に記載の自動分析装置であって、
前記反応容器は、分析用の光が透過する平坦な面である透光面を有し、
前記潤滑部材は、前記透光面を所定の方向に向かせる指向部を有することを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 請求項2に記載の自動分析装置であって、
前記反応容器は、側面から突出する突出部をさらに有し、
前記指向部は前記突出部と嵌合する溝であるガイド溝を有することを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 請求項3に記載の自動分析装置であって、
前記インキュベータは、前記ガイド溝と平行な溝を有することを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - (削除)

前記潤滑部材の材質は、PTFE、ポリアセタール、超高分子ポリエチレン、モノマーキャストナイロンのうちのいずれかであることを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 請求項1に記載の自動分析装置であって、
前記潤滑部材は、前記インキュベータと噛み合うツメを有することを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 請求項1に記載の自動分析装置であって、
前記潤滑部材は、前記孔の側が低い傾斜面である面取り部を有することを特徴とする自動分析装置。
