Description
吸収性層を形成するために使用することができる上記の吸収材料の様々な組み合わせ、混合物、化合物、または合金。
予想通り、反射性顔料の添加は、彩度の低下とともにサンプルの明度を増加させた。サンプル2と3は、同等の明度を示した。サンプル3は、肉眼では、サンプル2よりもはるかに粒状ではなく、輝きもはるかに少なかった。
Datacolor DC650分光光度計で測定した、サンプル1の明度は、36.41であり、サンプル2の明度は、43.85であり、サンプル3の明度は、44.72であった。
これらのサンプルの粒子感は、BYK-mac 23mm開口CM-6362機器を用いて測定した。フレーク整列の整列方向性の影響を減らすために、この機器でのすべての測定は、印刷したサンプルの向きに対して0度と90度、180度と270度で行い(横向き、縦向き、それぞれ両方向)、これらの4つの方向について平均した。サンプル1は、2.4の平均粒子感、サンプル2は、8.05の平均粒子感、サンプル3は、4.57の平均粒子感であった。
これらのサンプルの15°でのきらめきグレードは、BYK-mac 23mm開口CM-6362機器で測定した。フレーク整列の整列方向性の影響を減らすために、印刷したサンプルの向きに対して0度と90度、180度と270度で測定を行い(横向き、縦向き、それぞれ両方向)、これら4つの方向について平均した。サンプル1は、2.75の平均きらめきグレード、サンプル3は、4.16の平均きらめきグレードであった。
Claims (18)
- 10~30ミクロンのメジアン粒子サイズを有する磁性粒子と;
1~5.5ミクロンのメジアン粒子サイズを有する反射性粒子と、を含む組成物であって、
前記反射性粒子が、前記磁性粒子と前記反射性粒子の組み合わされた粒子表面に基づいて、1~30面積パーセントの量で前記組成物中に存在し;
前記反射性粒子が、前記磁性粒子の明度よりも少なくとも10ポイント高い明度を有し、
前記反射性粒子が、反射性層と、前記反射性層の外側にある誘電体層とを含み;
前記反射性粒子が、磁気特性を有する、組成物。 - 前記磁性粒子が、反射性層、誘電体層、および吸収性層の少なくとも1つの層を含み得る、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1つの層が、反射率および磁気特性を有する反射性層である、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1つの層はまた、前記反射性層とは異なる磁性層を含む、請求項3に記載の組成物。
- 前記磁性粒子が、有色材料を含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記反射性粒子が、反射率および磁気特性を有する反射性層を含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。

1~5.5ミクロンのメジアン粒子サイズを有する反射性粒子を準備することと;
液体媒体中で、前記磁性粒子を前記反射性粒子と混合して組成物を形成することと、を含み、
前記反射性粒子が、前記磁性粒子の明度よりも少なくとも10ポイント高い明度を有し、
前記反射性粒子が、前記磁性粒子と前記反射性粒子の組み合わされた粒子表面に基づいて、1~30面積パーセントの量で前記組成物中に存在し、
前記反射性粒子が、反射性層と、前記反射性層の外側にある誘電体層とを含み;
前記反射性粒子が、磁気特性を有する、組成物の作製方法。 - 前記反射性粒子が、反射率および磁気特性を有する反射性層を含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
