Claims (1)
- 被溶解金属または溶解金属を収容する坩堝と、
前記坩堝を囲繞する坩堝収容筐体と、
前記坩堝の外側面と前記坩堝収容筐体の内側面の間に位置し、前記坩堝を輻射熱によって加熱する輻射式ヒータと、
前記輻射式ヒータの外周と所定間隔を設けて該輻射式ヒータの外周を包囲する管状部材とを備えた金属溶解保持炉であって、
前記管状部材は、前記輻射式ヒータから発せられた輻射熱を透過可能に構成されていると共に、その少なくとも下端部が外気を流入させ得るよう前記坩堝収容筐体の外部に露出させて構成され、
前記輻射式ヒータの作動により外気が暖められると、対流によって前記管状部材の下端部から外気を取り込み該管状部材の他方の端部から排出されるように形成されていることを特徴とする金属溶解保持炉。
