4)前記貫通孔を通じて電解液を注入し、前記円筒型電池の活性化または初期充放電を遂行する段階と、
5)前記貫通孔を密封部で密封する段階とを含むことができる。

Claims (15)
- 円形の底部及び前記底部の円周に連結される円柱形の外壁からなる円筒状缶と、
前記円筒状缶に収容され、正極と負極との間に分離膜が介在されて巻き取られた構造のゼリーロール型電極組立体と、
前記円筒状缶を密封するキャップアセンブリーとを含む円筒型二次電池であって、
前記円筒状缶の底部の一部に貫通孔が形成され、前記貫通孔は密封部によって密封され、
前記密封部は、負極タブと前記円筒状缶とが溶接した部位を取り囲む、円筒型二次電池。 - 前記底部は、前記円筒型二次電池の内側に凹んでいる曲面形状を有する、請求項1に記載の円筒型二次電池。
- 前記底部の中心は、平坦部を含む、請求項2に記載の円筒型二次電池。
- 前記底部は、外周辺から中心に行くほど前記凹んでいる曲面の曲率半径が増加する、請求項2に記載の円筒型二次電池。
- 前記貫通孔は、前記円筒状缶の底部において前記負極タブが溶接された部位を除いた中心部に配置される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の円筒型二次電池。
- 前記貫通孔は、円形を有する、請求項5に記載の円筒型二次電池。
- 前記密封部は、高分子樹脂からなる、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の円筒型二次電池。
- 前記高分子樹脂は、熱可塑性高分子樹脂である、請求項7に記載の円筒型二次電池。
- 前記高分子樹脂は、弾性体である、請求項7に記載の円筒型二次電池。
- 前記密封部は、中央部の半径が外周辺部より小さいプラグ形態を有する、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の円筒型二次電池。
- 前記プラグ形態は、前記円筒型二次電池の内部に入る部分は半径が次第に大きくなってから急激に小さくなる段が形成された形態である、請求項10に記載の円筒型二次電池。
- 請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の円筒型二次電池の製造方法であって、
1)円筒型二次電池の底部に貫通孔を形成する段階と、
2)電極組立体を収容した後、電池キャップアセンブリーを組み立てる段階と、
3)前記2)の段階において組み立てられた円筒型電池の底部が上部になるように配置する段階と、
4)前記貫通孔を通じて電解液を注入し、前記円筒型電池の活性化または初期充放電を遂行する段階と、
5)前記貫通孔を密封部で密封する段階と、
を含む、円筒型二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記4)の段階と前記5)の段階との間に追加電解液を注入する段階をさらに含む、請求項12に記載の円筒型二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記5)の段階において、前記密封する段階は、中央部の半径が外周辺部より小さいプラグを使って密封する、請求項12または13に記載の円筒型二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記5)の段階において、前記密封する段階は、熱可塑性高分子を前記貫通孔に注入して、前記円筒状缶に溶接される負極タブ部位を塗布して密封する、請求項12または13に記載の円筒型二次電池の製造方法。
