Description

- 昇圧を伴う四輪駆動システムの制御方法であって、前記昇圧を伴う四輪駆動システムは、
車両の動力源としてのバッテリ(BAT)と、
前記バッテリ(BAT)に対して並列接続されている複数の駆動部と、
各駆動部とそれぞれ接続されている複数のインバータ部(INV)と、
昇圧装置(VVC)と、を有し、
前記複数の駆動部は、
前記バッテリ(BAT)に対して前輪(FW)に近い側に配置された前輪側駆動部と、
前記バッテリ(BAT)に対して後輪(RW)に近い側に配置された後輪側駆動部を有し、
前記前輪側駆動部は、第1電動発電機(M1)及び前記第1電動発電機(M1)と接続された第1インバータ(INV1)を有し、前記昇圧装置(VVC)を経由して前記バッテリ(BAT)と接続されており、
前記後輪側駆動部は、第2電動発電機(M3)及び前記第2電動発電機(M3)と接続された第2インバータ(INV3)を有し、前記昇圧装置(VVC)を経由せず前記バッテリ(BAT)と接続されており、
前記前輪側駆動部の出力パワーは、前記後輪側駆動部の出力パワーより大きく設定され、
前記後輪側駆動部の出力パワーは、前記昇圧装置(VVC)の昇圧パワーより大きく設定され、
前記昇圧装置(VVC)を経由する出力が、前記昇圧装置(VVC)の定格昇圧出力を超えないよう制御しながら、前記前輪側駆動部と前記後輪側駆動部の制御を行うことを含み、
前記前輪側駆動部は、エンジン(ENG)を有し、
前記バッテリの出力が制限されている場合、前記昇圧装置を経由する出力が、前記昇圧装置の定格昇圧出力を超えないよう制御しながら、不足の駆動力は、前記エンジンにより前記昇圧装置を経由しないで前記前輪を駆動することにより提供される、
昇圧を伴う四輪駆動システムの制御方法。 - 前記不足の駆動力は、前記エンジンが前記前輪を直接駆動することにより提供される、
請求項1に記載の昇圧を伴う四輪駆動システムの制御方法。 - 前記第1電動発電機(M1)と並列に設置され前記前輪を駆動する他の電動発電機(M2)、および、前記他の電動発電機(M2)と接続された他のインバータ(INV2)を有しており、
前記他のインバータ(INV2)は前記昇圧装置(VVC)を経由して前記バッテリ(BAT)と接続されており、
前記エンジンが前記第1電動発電機(M1)を駆動し、
前記不足の駆動力は、前記エンジンが前記第1電動発電機(M1)を駆動して発電される電力のうち、前記不足の駆動力が再び前記他の電動発電機(M2)を経由して前記前輪を駆動することにより提供される、
請求項1に記載の昇圧を伴う四輪駆動システムの制御方法。 - 前記車両を駆動するための必要な出力は、
前記バッテリが前記第2電動発電機(M3)に制限された電力を出力し、
前記エンジンから前記第1電動発電機(M1)及び前記昇圧装置(VVC)を経由して前記第2電動発電機(M3)に供給される電力は、前記昇圧装置(VVC)の出力上限に設定され、
前記不足の駆動力は、前記エンジンが前記前輪を直接駆動することにより提供される、または、前記エンジンが前記第1電動発電機(M1)を駆動して発電される電力のうち、前記不足の駆動力が再び前記他の電動発電機(M2)を経由して前記前輪を駆動することにより提供される、
請求項3に記載の昇圧を伴う四輪駆動システムの制御方法。
