Claims (7)
- 表示装置に重畳配置されて使用され、少なくとも前記表示装置のアクティブエリア内におけるアクティブペンの位置を検出する集積回路に接続されるセンサパネルであって、
それぞれ第1の方向に延在し、かつ、前記第1の方向と異なる第2の方向に並べて配設され、互いに異なる第1のルーティング線によって前記集積回路に接続された複数の第1の電極と、
それぞれ前記第2の方向に延在し、かつ、前記第1の方向に並べて配設され、互いに異なる第2のルーティング線によって前記集積回路に接続された複数の第2の電極と、
を含み、
前記複数の第1の電極のうち最も端に位置する第1及び第2の外側電極の少なくとも一方は、前記アクティブエリアの外において前記第2のルーティング線の少なくとも一部を覆う第1のカバー部を有するように配設される、
センサパネル。 - 前記第1のカバー部は、複数の前記第2のルーティング線のうちの少なくとも2本以上を覆うように形成される、
請求項1に記載のセンサパネル。 - 前記第1及び第2の外側電極の前記少なくとも一方と重畳配置されたダミー配線をさらに含む、
請求項1又は2に記載のセンサパネル。 - 前記ダミー配線は、前記複数の第1の電極及び前記複数の第2の電極のいずれにも接続されていない、
請求項3に記載のセンサパネル。 - 前記ダミー配線にはグランド電位が供給される、
請求項4に記載のセンサパネル。 - それぞれ複数の前記第2のルーティング線のうちの1つに接続された複数の端子が配置された端子領域を含み、
前記第1及び第2の外側電極の前記少なくとも一方は、相対的に前記端子領域からの距離が遠い遠隔エリアにおける前記第2の方向の幅が相対的に前記端子領域からの距離が近い近傍エリアにおける前記第2の方向の幅より小さくなるよう形成される、
請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のセンサパネル。 - 前記複数の第2の電極のうち最も端に位置する第3及び第4の外側電極の少なくとも一方は、前記第1のルーティング線の少なくとも一部を覆う第2のカバー部を有するように配設される、
請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のセンサパネル。
