Claims (13)
- プログラム可能な医療用ワイヤシステムであって、
コア導体と、
コア導体に電気的に結合され、作動に基づいて所定の形状に向かって動くようにプログラムされた少なくとも1つのアクチュエータ導体と、
アクチュエータ導体に電気的に結合されており、電気的に通電されて、所定の形状に向かって動くようにアクチュエータ導体を作動させるように構成される少なくとも1つの選択導体と
選択導体の第1のセットおよび選択導体の第2のセットを備える第1の選択導体部分と、
選択導体の第1のセットと電気的に結合されたアクチュエータ導体の第1のセットを備える第1のアクチュエータ部分と、
選択導体の第2のセットを備える第2の選択導体部分と、
選択導体の第2のセットと電気的に結合されたアクチュエータ導体の第2のセットを備える第2のアクチュエータ部分と
を備えるプログラム可能なワイヤアセンブリ
を備える、システム。 - コア導体が、選択導体による作動に基づいて所定の形状に向かって動くようにプログラムされる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- プログラム可能なワイヤアセンブリが、コア導体の周囲から選択的に絶縁される複数のアクチュエータ導体の層を取り囲む、複数の選択導体の周辺層を備え、アクチュエータ導体のうちの2つ以上が、所定の形状に向かって屈曲するようにプログラムされる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- プログラム可能なワイヤアセンブリに電気的に結合された電源およびコントローラをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- プログラム可能なワイヤアセンブリが、コア導体および複数の選択導体を備える少なくとも1つの選択導体部分を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- プログラム可能なワイヤアセンブリが、複数の選択導体と電気的に結合された複数のアクチュエータ導体を備える、少なくとも1つのアクチュエータ部分を備える、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- プログラム可能なワイヤアセンブリが、1つ以上の選択導体に電気的に結合された1つ以上のアタッチメントを備え、プログラム可能なワイヤアセンブリの使用から医療用データを取得するように構成される少なくとも1つのデータ部分を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- アクチュエータ導体のうちの少なくとも1つが、ツイスト導体の長手方向軸に沿ってツイストするように構成されるツイスト導体を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 選択導体の第2のセットが、第1の選択導体部分の選択導体の第1のセットから絶縁される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 第2のアクチュエータ部分が、プログラム可能なワイヤアセンブリに沿って、第1のアクチュエータ部分と異なる長手方向の位置に配置され、第1のアクチュエータ部分から独立して、プログラム可能なワイヤアセンブリの動きを制御するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- プログラム可能な医療用ワイヤシステムによって行われる作動方法であって、プログラム可能な医療用ワイヤシステムが、選択導体の第1のセットおよび選択導体の第2のセットを備える第1の選択導体部分と、選択導体の第1のセットと電気的に結合されたアクチュエータ導体の第1のセットを備える第1のアクチュエータ部分と、選択導体の第2のセットを備える第2の選択導体部分と、選択導体の第2のセットと電気的に結合されたアクチュエータ導体の第2のセットを備える第2のアクチュエータ部分とを備え、
アクチュエータ導体に結合される選択導体およびコア導体に通電することと、
エネルギーを、選択導体からアクチュエータ導体に流すことと、
選択導体により提供されるエネルギー量に基づいて、プログラムされたやり方でアクチュエータ導体の形状を変化させることと
を含む、方法。 - 選択導体の第1のセットの選択導体に通電して、第1のアクチュエータ部分のアクチュエータ導体の第1のセットのアクチュエータ導体を作動させて、選択導体により提供されるエネルギー量に基づいて、プログラムされたやり方でアクチュエータ導体の形状を変化させることと、
選択導体の第2のセットの選択導体に通電して、第2のアクチュエータ部分のアクチュエータ導体の第2のセットのアクチュエータ導体を作動させて、選択導体の第2のセットの選択導体により提供されるエネルギー量に基づいて、プログラムされたやり方でアクチュエータ導体の形状を変化させること、
第2のアクチュエータ部分のプログラム可能なワイヤアセンブリの動きを制御することから独立して、第1のアクチュエータ部分のプログラム可能なワイヤアセンブリの動きを制御すること
