Description
(1)前記鉄鉱石原料粉とセルロースナノファイバーを含む集合体は、鉄鉱石とセルロース繊維を共粉砕したものを用いること、
(2)前記鉄鉱石原料粉とセルロースナノファイバーを含む集合体は、鉄鉱石とセルロース繊維の混合質量比率にして99.9/0.01~80/20の範囲で集合させたものであること、
(3)前記鉄鉱石原料粉とセルロース繊維との合計の固形濃度は、10mass%~80mass%のものであること、
(4)前記鉄鉱石原料粉とセルロースナノファイバーを含む集合体の前記配合焼結原料に対する添加量は、該セルロースナノファイバーの添加量にして、0.01mass%~2.00mass%の範囲に当る量とすること、
が、それぞれより好ましい実施の形態になると考えられる。
(2)また、本発明によれば、前記成形焼結原料を用いて焼結鉱を製造するため、高強度の焼結鉱を高い生産性をもって安価に製造することができる。

Claims (4)
- 鉄鉱石や炭材、副原料を含む配合焼結原料に対し、バインダーを添加し成形して成形焼結原料を製造する方法において、上記バインダーとして、鉄鉱石粉とセルロースナノファイバーを混合質量比率にして99.9/0.01~80/20の範囲で混合し共粉砕し集合させた集合体を用いることを特徴とする成形焼結原料の製造方法。
- 前記鉄鉱石粉とセルロース繊維との合計の固形濃度は、10mass%~80mass%のものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の成形焼結原料の製造方法。
- 前記鉄鉱石粉とセルロースナノファイバーを共粉砕し集合させてなる前記集合体の前記配合焼結原料に対する添加量は、該セルロースナノファイバーの添加量にして、0.01mass%~2.00mass%の範囲に当る量とすることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の成形焼結原料の製造方法。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか1に記載された成形焼結原料の製造方法によって製造された成形焼結原料を、焼結機にて焼結することを特徴とする焼結鉱の製造方法。
