Claims (4)
- 研磨工具の外周面に弾性層を介して固着される複数の砥石ピースの製造方法であって、
研磨剤および熱硬化性樹脂を含む流動性砥石材料を複数個の凹所が形成されたポリプロピレン樹脂製の平坦な成形型に流し込む第1流込み工程と、
前記成形型上の前記流動性砥石材料を掻きならして前記流動性砥石材料を前記複数個の凹所内に充填するとともに、余分な流動性砥石材料を除くスキージ工程と、
前記複数個の凹所を覆うように前記成形型上にメッシュを載置するメッシュ載置工程と、
前記成形型上に載置されたメッシュの上に、前記流動性砥石材料を一定の厚みとなるように流し込む第2流し込み工程と、
前記成形型に流し込まれた前記流動性砥石材料を加熱することで前記流動性砥石材料を硬化させる硬化工程と、を含む
ことを特徴とする砥石ピースの製造方法。 - 前記メッシュの線径は、70~150(μm)である
ことを特徴とする請求項1の砥石ピースの製造方法。 - 前記メッシュのオープニングは、300~1500(μm)である
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2の砥石ピースの製造方法。 - 前記メッシュは、合成樹脂製線材から構成され、前記合成樹脂製線材の繊維強度は、100~1200(N/in)である
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1の砥石ピースの製造方法。
