Claims (10)
- 照射電気手術器具であって、
近位端および遠位端を有するハンドルと、
近位端および遠位端を有する光学要素であって、前記光学要素は、前記光学要素を前記ハンドルから分離することなく前記光学要素の前記遠位端と前記ハンドルの前記近位端との間の距離が調節可能であるように、前記ハンドルに調節可能に結合される、光学要素と、
光を発するように構成されて、前記光学要素の前記近位端に結合された照明要素と、
前記光学要素の前記遠位端から遠位に延在する電気手術先端と、
前記光学要素を通って前記光学要素の前記遠位端から前記光学要素の前記近位端に軸方向に延在する煙排出チャネルと、
前記光学要素の周囲に配置された電気伝導要素であって、前記電気伝導要素は、前記電気手術先端に高周波エネルギーを供給するように構成される、電気伝導要素と、
を備える、照射電気手術器具。 - 前記光学要素は、前記電気手術先端と同軸である、請求項1に記載の照射電気手術器具。
- 前記光学要素は、楕円形である、請求項1または2に記載の照射電気手術器具。
- 前記光学要素は、光導波路を備える、請求項1~3のいずれか1つに記載の照射電気手術器具。
- 前記光学要素は、1つ以上のレンズを備える、請求項1~4のいずれか1つに記載の照射電気手術器具。
- 前記光学要素は、1つ以上の中空反射体を備える、請求項1~5のいずれか1つに記載の照射電気手術器具。
- 前記電気伝導要素は、金属管を備える、請求項1に記載の照射電気手術器具。
- 前記電気手術先端は、前記金属管に結合される、請求項7に記載の照射電気手術器具。
- 1つ以上のセンサをさらに備え、前記1つ以上のセンサは、画像センサ、熱センサ、インダクタンスセンサ、もしくは分光センサを備える、請求項1~8のいずれか1つに記載の照射電気手術器具。
- 前記電気手術先端の近位部分は、中心軸に対して傾斜している、請求項1~9のいずれか1つに記載の照射電気手術器具。
