Claims (7)
- 軸方向に延びる筒状の外管部と、前記外管部に内蔵される弁本体と、前記弁本体に設けられる弁体と、を備えた逆止弁であって、
前記弁本体は、前記弁体を支持する筒状の弁ホルダと、前記弁体が着座可能な弁座部と、前記弁座部に着座した前記弁体により閉じられる弁口と、を有し、
前記弁体は、前記弁ホルダ内において、前記弁座部に着座する弁閉位置と、前記弁座部から二次側に最大に離れた弁開位置と、の間を軸方向に移動自在に設けられ、
前記弁ホルダには、筒状の周面を貫通して前記外管部の内部と前記弁口とを連通する連通孔が設けられ、
前記弁開位置に移動した前記弁体によって前記連通孔の一部が塞がれ、前記連通孔が塞がれない部分の開度が50%以上であることを特徴とする逆止弁。 - 前記連通孔は、側面視で円形に形成され、前記弁体は、円柱状または有底円筒状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の逆止弁。
- 前記弁開位置に移動した前記弁体によって前記連通孔が塞がれない部分の開度が55~75%であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の逆止弁。
- 前記弁座部と対向する前記弁体の先端面は、全面が平坦に形成されるか、または、前記弁座部に当接する外周部が平坦に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の逆止弁。
- 前記外管部は、一次側の第一管部と、前記弁座部が固定される第二管部と、二次側にて前記弁ホルダの外側を覆う第三管部と、を備え、
前記第二管部の径寸法D2と、前記第三管部の径寸法D3と、の関係がD2<D3であることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の逆止弁。 - 前記外管部は、一次側の第一管部と、前記弁座部が固定される第二管部と、二次側にて前記弁ホルダの外側を覆う第三管部と、を備え、
第一管部の径寸法D1と、前記第二管部の径寸法D2と、前記第三管部の径寸法D3と、の関係がD1<D2<D3であり、
前記弁座部の内径は、前記第一管部の内径と略同一であることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の逆止弁。 - 請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の逆止弁を備えた冷凍サイクルシステム。
