Description
Claims (7)
- 過渡過電圧からブッシングを保護するためのHV(高電圧)ブッシング(2)の試験タップ(9)に電気的に接続されるように構成された保護デバイス(7)であって、
当該保護デバイスは、
接地するように構成されたグランドコネクタ(24)と試験タップ(9)との間に接続された、少なくとも2つの並列接続された保護ブランチ(20)
を備え、
前記少なくとも2つの保護ブランチ(20)の各々は、
複数の並列接続されたGDT(Gas Discharge Tube:ガス入り放電管)(21)と、
前記ガス入り放電管(21)と直列に接続されたTVS(Transient-Voltage-Suppression:過渡電圧抑制)ダイオード(22)と、
前記TVSダイオード(22)を跨いで直列に前記ガス入り放電管(21)に接続された抵抗器(23)と、
を含む、保護デバイス。 - 前記TVSダイオード(22)は、前記GDT(21)のイグニッション電圧よりも高い降伏電圧を有する、請求項1に記載の保護デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも2つの並列接続された保護ブランチ(20)は、4つの並列接続された保護ブランチを含む、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の保護デバイス。
- 前記複数の並列接続されたGDT(21)は、3つの並列接続されたGDTを含む、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の保護デバイス。
- 試験タップ(9)と、
前記試験タップに接続された、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の保護デバイスと、
を備える、HVブッシング(2)。 - 電気デバイス(3)と、
前記電気デバイスのハウジング(4)の壁(5)を通るように配置された、請求項5に記載のブッシングと、
を備える、電気システム(1)。 - 導電体(6)を介して前記試験タップ(9)に接続された測定装置(10)をさらに含む、請求項6に記載の電気システム。
