Claims (6)
- 流体を導入する導入路と前記流体を外部へ放出する放出路とに連通する弁室を備えた弁本体と、
前記導入路の前記弁室側の端部に形成した弁座と、
当該弁座に対して進退動可能に前記弁室内に備えた弁体と、
当該弁体を前記弁座に向け付勢する閉弁ばねと
を備え、
前記導入路を通じて流入する前記流体が一定の圧力以下の場合には、前記閉弁ばねの付勢力により前記弁体が前記弁座に着座して前記導入路から前記放出路への流路を遮断する一方、前記導入路から流入する前記流体が一定の圧力より大きくなった場合には、前記閉弁ばねの付勢力に抗して前記弁体が前記弁座から後退することにより前記導入路から前記放出路への流路を開放して前記流体を外部へ放出するようにした弁装置であって、
前記弁体は、軟質材料からなり、
前記弁体の前記導入路に面する側の面に陥凹部を備え、
前記陥凹部は、溝、穴および段差のいずれかであり、
前記陥凹部は、前記弁座の内側に形成した穴を含み、
前記穴の外縁と前記弁座との間の距離が一定となるように前記穴を形成した
ことを特徴とする弁装置。 - 流体を導入する導入路と前記流体を外部へ放出する放出路とに連通する弁室を備えた弁本体と、
前記導入路の前記弁室側の端部に形成した弁座と、
当該弁座に対して進退動可能に前記弁室内に備えた弁体と、
当該弁体を前記弁座に向け付勢する閉弁ばねと
を備え、
前記導入路を通じて流入する前記流体が一定の圧力以下の場合には、前記閉弁ばねの付勢力により前記弁体が前記弁座に着座して前記導入路から前記放出路への流路を遮断する一方、前記導入路から流入する前記流体が一定の圧力より大きくなった場合には、前記閉弁ばねの付勢力に抗して前記弁体が前記弁座から後退することにより前記導入路から前記放出路への流路を開放して前記流体を外部へ放出するようにした弁装置であって、
前記弁体は、軟質材料からなり、
前記弁体の前記導入路に面する側の面に陥凹部を備え、
前記軟質材料は、樹脂またはゴムを主成分とする材料であり、
前記陥凹部は、溝、穴および段差のいずれかであり、
前記陥凹部は、前記弁座の内側に形成した穴を含み、
前記弁座は、前記導入路の上端の開口縁部から上方に立ち上がる壁体からなり、環状の平面形状を有する
ことを特徴とする弁装置。 - 前記軟質材料は、樹脂またはゴムを主成分とする材料である
請求項1に記載の弁装置。 - 前記陥凹部は、前記弁座を取り囲むように前記弁座より外側に形成した溝を含む
請求項1または2に記載の弁装置。 - 前記弁座は環状の全体形状を有し、
当該弁座と一定の距離を隔てて当該弁座と平行に延びるように前記溝を形成した
請求項4に記載の弁装置。 - 前記溝は、矩形、三角形、多角形および弧状のいずれかの断面形状を有する
