複数の第1のパッドを主面に備えるとともに複数の窓を備える第1のパネルと、複数の第2のパッドを備え前記第1のパネルの裏面側に配される第2のパネルと、前記複数の第1のパッドおよび前記複数の第2のパッドを前記窓を介して電気的に接続する複数のジャンパーワイヤとを備え、
