Description
本発明において使用される基板は、図2の基板30に示すような、単一の一体的に形成された材料であってもよく、または図3のような合わせガラス組立体130のような多層基板材料であってもよい。これは、処理基板12を形成するために使用される。
前述のように、処理基板12は、基板30上に配置された低放射率コーティング層32を有する。
また、前述のように、処理基板12は、低放射率コーティング層32の上に配置された高放射率コーティング層34を有する。
また、本発明は、前述の低放射率コーティング組成物および高放射率コーティング組成物を用いて、処理基板を製造する方法に関する。各々は、本発明による。
第2透明シート134の内側に面した表面134Bに隣接され、処理基板12が形成されてもよい。
本願で提供される実施例では、低放射率コーティング層および高放射率コーティング層の導入の有無によるガラス基板の特性を比較するため、ある試験条件下で、サンプルの光放射率、耐久性、および冷却能力について評価した。その結果、以下に記載されるように、低放射率コーティング層のみを有する未処理基板または基板に比べて、本発明による低放射率コーティング層と高放射率コーティング層の組み合わせを有する処理基板の改善された特性が確認された。
実施例で使用された低放射率コーティング組成物は、前述のように、AGCヨーロッパから市販されているIRIS中性コーティング組成物であった。
本発明において評価された処理基板の製造方法は、以下の通りであった。
前述の方法で形成された、硬質ガラスパネル単独、低放射率コーティング層(下記の表1に示すlow-Eコーティング)を含む硬質ガラスパネル(下記の表1に示すガラス)、および低放射率コーティング層と高放射率コーティング層(下記の表1に示すhigh-Eコーティング)の両方を含む硬質ガラスパネルの各サンプルについて、まず、FTIR分光光度計(フーリエ変換赤外分光計)を用いて、近赤外波長範囲(NIR、0.75から2.5μmの波長に対応)、およびパッシブ冷却範囲(8から13μmの波長に対応)の範囲の波長で、光放射率を評価した。サンプルは、前述のように、0から1までの指標で評価した。
また、ガラス基板に設置された低放射率コーティング層を有するサンプル、および低放射率コーティング層と高放射率コーティング層の両方を有するサンプルについて、ASTM D2486-17に規定されている壁塗料摩耗抵抗試験法を用いて、機械的ブラシ試験耐久性を評価した。
また、ガラス基板単独のサンプル、ガラス基板上に配置された低放射率コーティング層を有するサンプル、およびガラス基板上に配置された低放射率層と高放射率層の両方を有するサンプルについて、冷却能力が評価された。
Claims (15)
- 処理基板であって、
基板と、
前記基板上に配置された低放射率コーティング層であって、低放射率コーティング組成物から形成された、低放射率コーティング層と、
前記低放射率コーティング層上に配置された高放射率コーティング層であって、前記低放射率コーティング層は、前記高放射率コーティング層と前記基板との間にあり、前記高放射率コーティング層は、一般式がSixOyCzの炭素ドープシリコン酸化物を有する高放射率コーティング組成物から形成される、高放射率コーティング層と、
を有し、
ここで、x、yおよびzは、前記高放射率コーティング組成物中のケイ素、酸素、および炭素原子の重量%比を表し、
xは10から80重量%であり、yは20から90重量%であり、zは2から50重量%であり、合計x+y+zは、100重量%であり、
前記高放射率コーティング層は、3から50μmの範囲の厚さを有する、処理基板。 - 当該処理基板は、6μm未満の波長で0超から0.3までの放射率を有し、8μm~13μmの範囲の波長で0.7から1.0未満の放射率を有し、
前記基板は、第1の表面、および対向する第2の表面を有するガラスパネルを有し、
前記低放射率コーティング層は、前記第1の表面と前記高放射率コーティング層との間に配置される、請求項1に記載の処理基板。 - 前記基板は、合わせガラス組立体を有し、該合わせガラス組立体は、
内側に面した表面と、反対側の外側に面した表面とを有する第1の透明シートと、
内側に面した表面と、反対側の外側に面した表面とを有する第2の透明シートと、
前記第1および第2の透明シートの各々の前記内側に面した表面の間に配置されたポリマーの中間層と、
を有し、
前記低放射率コーティング層は、前記第1の透明シートの前記内側に面した表面または前記外側に面した表面の一方に配置される、請求項1または2に記載の処理基板。 - 前記低放射率コーティング層は、前記第1の透明シートの前記内側に面した表面に配置され、前記高放射率コーティング層は、前記低放射率コーティング層と前記中間層との間にあり、または
前記低放射率コーティング層は、前記第1の透明シートの前記外側に面した表面に配置され、前記低放射率コーティング層は、前記高放射率コーティング層と前記第1の透明シートとの間にある、請求項3に記載の処理基板。 - ASTM D2486-17に従って試験された少なくとも150試験サイクルにわたって、目視で許容される機械的ブラシ耐久性を有し、および/または
当該処理基板は、8μmから13μmの範囲の波長で0.8から1.0未満の放射率を有し、6μm未満の波長で0から0.1の間の放射率を有し、および/または
前記低放射率コーティング層は、0.05から0.5μmの範囲の厚さを有し、および/または
前記低放射率コーティング組成物は、酸化銀、インジウムタングステン酸化物、またはフッ素ドープ酸化スズを含む透明導電性コーティング組成物を有する、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の処理基板。 - システムであって、
内部領域および開口を定める構造と、
前記開口内に配置された、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の処理基板と、
を有し、
前記処理基板は、該処理基板を介して、光が前記内部領域に向かう方向に透過した際、前記構造の前記内部領域から熱を除去する、システム。 - 前記基板は、第1の表面および対向する第2の表面を有するガラスパネルを有し、
前記処理基板は、前記高放射率層が前記内部領域に隣接し、前記高放射率層が前記内部領域と前記低放射率層との間に配置されるように、前記開口内に配置される、請求項6に記載のシステム。 - 前記基板は、第1の表面および対向する第2の表面を有するガラスパネルを有し、
前記処理基板は、前記第2の表面が前記内部領域と隣接し、前記ガラスパネルが前記内部領域と前記低放射率コーティング層との間に配置されるように、前記開口内に配置される、請求項6に記載のシステム。 - 前記基板は、請求項3または4に記載の前記合わせガラス組立体を有し、
前記処理基板は、前記第1の透明シートが前記内部領域と前記第2の透明シートとの間となるように、前記開口内に配置され、および/または
前記基板は、前記合わせガラス組立体を有し、前記処理基板は、前記第2の透明シートが前記内部領域と前記第1の透明シートとの間になるように、前記開口内に配置される、請求項6に記載のシステム。 - 処理基板を製造する方法であって、
基板上に低放射率コーティング組成物を設置して、低放射率コーティング層を形成するステップと、
前記形成された低放射率コーティング層の上に高放射率コーティング組成物を設置して、高放射率コーティング層を形成するステップであって、前記高放射率コーティング組成物は、一般式がSixOyCzの炭素ドープケイ素酸化物を有する、ステップと、
を有し、
ここで、x、yおよびzは、前記高放射率コーティング組成物中のケイ素、酸素、および炭素原子の重量%比を表し、
xは10から80重量%であり、yは20から90重量%であり、zは2から50重量%であり、合計x+y+zは、100重量%であり、
前記形成された高放射率コーティング層は、3から50μmの範囲の厚さを有する、方法。 - 前記基板は、第1の表面、および対向する第2の表面を有するガラスパネルを有し、
前記設置された低放射率コーティング組成物は、前記第1の表面と前記設置された高放射率コーティング層との間に配置される、請求項10に記載の方法。 - 前記低放射率コーティング組成物を設置するステップは、基板の表面の少なくとも一部に低放射率コーティング組成物をスパッタリングして、低放射率コーティング層を形成するステップを有し、
前記低放射率コーティング組成物は、酸化銀、インジウムタングステン酸化物、またはフッ素ドープ酸化スズを含む透明導電性コーティング組成物を有する、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記基板は、内側に面した表面と、反対側の外側に面した表面とを有する第1の透明シートを有し、
前記低放射率コーティング組成物を設置するステップおよび前記高放射率コーティング組成物を設置するステップは、
前記第1の透明シートの前記内側に面した表面または外側に面した表面のいずれか一方に、前記低放射率コーティング組成物を設置して、前記第1の透明シート上に配置された前記低放射率コーティング層を形成するステップと、
前記形成された低放射率コーティング層上に前記高放射率コーティング組成物を設置して、前記高放射率コーティング層を形成するステップであって、前記高放射率コーティング組成物は、一般式がSixOyCzの炭素ドープケイ素酸化物を有する、ステップと、
を有し、
ここで、x、yおよびzは、前記高放射率コーティング組成物中のケイ素、酸素、および炭素原子の重量%比を表し、
xは10から80重量%であり、yは20から90重量%であり、zは2から50重量%であり、合計x+y+zは、100重量%であり、
当該方法は、さらに、
内側に面した表面、および反対側の外側に面した表面を有する第2の透明シートを提供するステップと、

前記第1の透明シートと前記第2の透明シートの間にポリマーの中間層を結合するステップであって、前記第1の透明シートの前記内側に面した表面は、前記第1の透明シートの前記外側に面した表面と前記ポリマーの中間層の間となり、前記第2の透明シートの前記内側に面した表面は、前記第2の透明シートの前記外側と面した表面と前記ポリマーの中間層の間となる、ステップと、
を有する、請求項12に記載の方法。 - 前記低放射率コーティング組成物を設置するステップは、提供された前記第1の透明シートの前記内側に面した表面または前記外側に面した表面のいずれか一方に、低放射率コーティング組成物をスパッタリングして、前記提供された第1の透明層の上に配置された低放射率コーティング層を形成するステップを有し、および/または
前記形成された低放射率コーティング層は、0.05から0.5μmの範囲の厚さを有し、および/または
前記形成された低放射率コーティング層の上に高放射率コーティング組成物を設置するステップは、プラズマ強化化学気相成膜法により、前記形成された低放射率コーティング層上に高放射率コーティング組成物を設置し、高放射率コーティング層を形成するステップを有する、請求項13に記載の方法。 - 前記処理基板は、ASTM D2486-17に従って試験された少なくとも150試験サイクルにわたって、目視で許容される機械的ブラシ耐久性を有し、
前記処理基板は、8μmから13μmの波長範囲において0.8以上1.0未満の放射率を有し、6μm未満の波長で0から0.1の間の放射率を有し、および/または
前記低放射率コーティング層は、0.05から0.5μmの範囲の厚さを有し、および/または
前記低放射率コーティング組成物は、酸化銀、インジウムタングステン酸化物、またはフッ素ドープ酸化スズを含む透明導電性コーティング組成物を有する、請求項9に記載のシステム。
