常圧又は減圧下の不活性雰囲気下でガスを冷却し、ガスを堆積させて、ケイ素酸素化合物を取得する工程と、
を含み、
前記ケイ素酸素化合物の化学式はSiOxであり、0<x<2であり、前記ケイ素酸素化合物には硫黄元素及びマンガン元素の両方が含有され、且つ、前記硫黄元素の含有量は20ppm~600ppmであり、前記硫黄元素と前記マンガン元素との質量比は1.5~10.0である。

Claims (20)
- ケイ素酸素化合物であって、
前記ケイ素酸素化合物の化学式はSiOxであり、0<x<2であり、
前記ケイ素酸素化合物には硫黄元素及びマンガン元素の両方が含有され、且つ、前記硫黄元素の含有量は20ppm~600ppmであり、前記マンガン元素に対する前記硫黄元素の質量比は1.5~10.0である、
ケイ素酸素化合物。 - 前記硫黄元素の含有量は、50ppm~200ppmである、
請求項1に記載のケイ素酸素化合物。 - 前記マンガン元素の含有量は、5ppm~300ppmである、
請求項1又は2に記載のケイ素酸素化合物。 - 前記マンガン元素の含有量は、10ppm~90ppmである、
請求項3に記載のケイ素酸素化合物。 - 前記マンガン元素に対する前記硫黄元素の質量比は、2.0~7.0である、
請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のケイ素酸素化合物。 - 前記ケイ素酸素化合物のX線回折分析パターンにおいて、
回折角2θが26°~30°の位置に第1回折ピークを有し、且つ、前記第1回折ピークの半値幅が0.8°~3.2°であり、
回折角2θが46°~50°の位置に第2回折ピークを有し、且つ、前記第2回折ピークの半値幅が1.0°~4.2°であり、
回折角2θが54°~58°の位置に第3回折ピークを有し、且つ、前記第3回折ピークの半値幅が0.8°~4.5°である、
請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のケイ素酸素化合物。 - 前記ケイ素酸素化合物の20MPa圧力下での粉体体積抵抗率は、10Ω・cm以下である、
請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のケイ素酸素化合物。 - 前記ケイ素酸素化合物の平均粒径DV50は、2μm~15μmである、
請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のケイ素酸素化合物。 - 前記ケイ素酸素化合物の平均粒径D V 50は、3μm~12μmである、
請求項8に記載のケイ素酸素化合物。 - 前記ケイ素酸素化合物の比表面積は、1m2/g~7m2/gである、
請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のケイ素酸素化合物。 - 5トン(49KNに相当)の圧力下で測定された前記ケイ素酸素化合物の圧密度は、1.2g/cm3~1.7g/cm3である、
請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載のケイ素酸素化合物。 - 前記ケイ素酸素化合物の外面は被覆層を有し、前記被覆層は、ポリマー、炭素材料、金属材料及び金属化合物のうちの1種類又は複数種類を含む、
請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載のケイ素酸素化合物。 - ケイ素酸素化合物の調製方法であって、
一酸化ケイ素粉末及び金属ケイ素粉末のうちの1種類又は複数種類と二酸化ケイ素粉末と硫黄ソースと選択可能に添加されたマンガンソースとを含む原材料であって、硫黄含有量が149ppmより大きく6601ppm未満であり、マンガン元素に対する硫黄元素の質量比が1.82より大きく19.99未満である、原材料を供給し、常圧又は減圧下の不活性雰囲気下で前記原材料を加熱してガスを発生させる工程と、
常圧又は減圧下の不活性雰囲気下でガスを冷却し、ガスを堆積させて、ケイ素酸素化合物を取得する工程と、
を含み、
前記ケイ素酸素化合物の化学式はSiOxであり、0<x<2であり、前記ケイ素酸素化合物には硫黄元素及びマンガン元素の両方が含有され、且つ、前記硫黄元素の含有量は20ppm~600ppmであり、前記マンガン元素に対する前記硫黄元素の質量比は1.5~10.0である、
調製方法。 - 前記堆積の温度は、800℃~1000℃である、
請求項13に記載の調製方法。 - ガスが堆積された後、さらに、
得られた堆積物に対して破砕処理を行う工程を含む、
請求項13又は14に記載の調製方法。 - 得られた堆積物に対して破砕処理を行った後、さらに、
粒子状物質の表面を被覆する工程を含む、
請求項15に記載の調製方法。 - 請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載のケイ素酸素化合物を含む、二次電池。
- 請求項17に記載の二次電池を備える、電池モジュール。
- 請求項18に記載の電池モジュールを備える、電池パック。
- 請求項17に記載の二次電池、請求項18に記載の電池モジュール、又は、請求項19に記載の電池パックのうちの少なくとも1種類を備える、装置。
