Claims (8)
- マイクロ波照射により飽和炭化水素類を主成分とする原料を分解するための分解装置であって、
反応器と、
前記反応器の内部に存在するマイクロ波吸収体と、
前記反応器に前記原料を供給する供給口と、
前記原料が前記反応器内の前記マイクロ波吸収体が位置する吸収体領域を通過することによって生成された分解物を排出する排出口と
を備え、
前記吸収体領域は、前記原料の流路の流路方向の第1の位置から前記第1の位置より前記排出口に近い第2の位置までの間の前記反応器内の領域であり、マイクロ波によって加熱され、
前記第2の位置から前記排出口の間の内壁の少なくとも一部の温度を前記吸収体領域よりも低い温度に制御する制御機構をさらに備える。 - 請求項1記載の分解装置であって、
マイクロ波を発生させるマイクロ波発生器と、
前記マイクロ波発生器によって発生されたマイクロ波を前記反応器内に導入する導波管と
をさらに備える。 - 請求項1記載の分解装置であって、
前記吸収体領域は、前記マイクロ波吸収体が固定された固定床である。 - 請求項1記載の分解装置であって、
前記吸収体領域は、流動床または移動床である。 - 請求項1記載の分解装置であって、
前記供給口から前記第1の位置までの上流領域に配置された、前記原料を層流にする層流化手段をさらに備える。 - 請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の分解装置であって、
前記マイクロ波吸収体は、粒状、円柱状、円筒状、球状、ペレット状、リング状、シェル状、及びハニカム状の少なくともいずれかである。 - マイクロ波照射により飽和炭化水素類を主成分とする原料を分解するための分解方法であって、
内部にマイクロ波吸収体が存在する反応器に前記反応器の供給口から前記原料を供給する工程と、
前記反応器内のマイクロ波吸収体が位置する吸収体領域にマイクロ波を照射して加熱する工程と、
前記原料が前記吸収体領域を通過することによって生成された分解物を前記反応器の排出口から排出する工程と
を含み、
前記吸収体領域は、前記原料の流路の流路方向の第1の位置から前記第1の位置より前記排出口に近い第2の位置までの間の前記反応器内の領域であり、
前記反応器が有する制御機構により、前記第2の位置から前記排出口の間の内壁の少なくとも一部の温度を前記吸収体領域よりも低い温度に制御する工程をさらに含む。 - マイクロ波照射による飽和炭化水素類を主成分とする原料の分解物の製造方法であって、
反応器内のマイクロ波吸収体が位置する吸収体領域にマイクロ波を照射して加熱する工程と、
前記反応器の供給口から供給された前記原料に前記吸収体領域を通過させることによって前記分解物を製造する工程と、
前記原料が前記吸収体領域を通過することによって製造された前記分解物を前記反応器の排出口から排出する工程と
を含み、
前記吸収体領域は、前記原料の流路の流路方向の第1の位置から前記第1の位置より前記排出口に近い第2の位置までの間の前記反応器内の領域であり、
前記反応器が有する制御機構により、前記第2の位置から前記排出口の間の内壁の少なくとも一部の温度を前記吸収体領域よりも低い温度に制御する工程をさらに含む。
