Claims (1)
- タイヤの金型を洗浄するための自動プラントであって、
前記金型はセクタ(1)とチーク(2)から構成されており、
前記セクタ(1)と前記チーク(2)の内部を洗浄する内部洗浄装置(10)を備え、
前記セクタ(1)および前記チーク(2)の前記内部洗浄装置(10)は、前記セクタ(1)および前記チーク(2)を安定した処理位置に固定する固定手段(11)と、超音波振動を発生させる発生装置(12)と、前記発生装置(12)から前記セクタ(1)または前記チーク(2)に振動を伝達する振動伝達手段(13)と、を備え、前記セクタ(1)または前記チーク(2)の洗浄を超音波振動させることにより行い、
前記セクタ(1)および前記チーク(2)の外部洗浄のための外部洗浄装置(20)を備え、前記セクタ(1)および前記チーク(2)の外部洗浄のための外部洗浄装置(20)は、レーザービーム源(21)と、レーザービームを前記セクタ(1)および前記チーク(2)の表面に向けて伝えるためのレンズ(22)と、前記レンズ(22)を移動させるのに適した擬人化ロボット(23)と、を備え、前記セクタ(1)および前記チーク(2)の表面全体を洗浄するように構成してあり、
画像取得用ツール(24a)と、処理対象の前記セクタ(1)または前記チーク(2)の空間座標を前記擬人化ロボット(23)に提供するように設計された第4の専用ソフトウェア(24b)とからなる、処理対象の前記セクタ(1)および前記チーク(2)の3次元再構成システム(24)を備えることを特徴とする自動プラント。
