Description
本発明の実施の形態に係るスイッチ装置1は、傾倒操作がなされる操作ノブ10と、操作ノブ10の傾倒操作に連動して傾倒動作をする被検出部20と、被検出部20の動作を検出する検出部30、31と、検出部30、31が配置される基板40と、を有し、検出部30は、基板40の面内方向に配置され、被検出部20の面内方向の動きを検出してスイッチ動作を行なう、ように構成されている。
操作ノブ10は、操作者に傾倒操作がなされ、傾倒操作がされた方向に対応した検出を行なうためのものである。本発明の実施の形態に係るスイッチ装置1の使用例として、図1に示すような、例えば、マルチ操作スイッチ5の1つとして適用できる。
被検出部20は、前記したように、操作ノブ10と一体的に形成されている。被検出部20は、基板40の裏面側40bに突出するように形成されている。
検出部30、31は、基板40の面内方向に配置される。すなわち、検出部30、31は、基板40の表面、裏面において、所定の位置に配置されて取り付けられる。検出部30、31は、被検出部20の動作を検出する。具体的には、検出部30は、傾倒動作した被検出部20の検出面21、22の動きを検出するように、基板40の裏面側40bに配置される。前記したように、検出部30、31は、接点スイッチを使用する。接点スイッチは、検出部30、31の内部に接点回路を備え、外部からの力の作用により、接点回路が開状態または閉状態となることにより、スイッチ動作を行なう。なお、接点スイッチの他に、タクタイルスイッチ、リミットスイッチ等も使用可能である。
検出部30、31は、距離センサ等の非接触センサも使用可能である。検出部30、31は、例えば、光量により出力が変化する光ダイード、光トランジスタを内蔵した光センサが使用可能である。また、検出部30、31は、例えば、磁界により出力が変化するホールセンサ、MRセンサ等の磁気センサも使用可能である。
基板40は、一例として、ガラスエポキシ基板等のリジット基板であり、表面側40a、裏面側40b、または、両面に回路パターンが形成され、検出部30、31等の電子部品が実装される。
節度部50は、基板40の表面側40aに、操作ノブ10に操作感を付与するものとして設けられている。本実施の形態では、節度部50は、シリコン等のエラストマ(ゴム)によりラバードームとして形成されたもので、上端部51、52、側面部53、54、変形により節度感を付与する上に凸形状に形成されたドーム部55、56が一体に形成されたものである。また、被検出部20が基板40の裏面側40bに突出できるように、節度部50には貫通穴57が形成されている。
図5は、本発明の実施の形態に係るスイッチ装置の構成ブロック図である。制御部70は、例えば、プログラムに従って、取得したデータに演算、加工等を行うCPU(Central Processing Unit)、半導体メモリであるRAM(Random Access Memory)及びROM(Read Only Memory)等から構成されるマイクロコンピュータである。RAMは、例えば、一時的に演算結果等を格納する記憶領域として用いられる。また、制御部70は、図1、図5に示す種々の選択ボタン、検出部30、31からの信号を受け付けて、所定のプログラムに従って処理を実行することにより、車両90側へ、制御信号Scを出力することができる。
図4(a)に示す非操作状態から、操作者が指等により操作ノブ10を傾倒操作する。本実施の形態では、操作ノブ10の傾倒操作に連動して傾倒動作をする被検出部20が、操作ノブ10と一体に形成されて構成されている。したがって、被検出部20は、操作ノブ10の傾倒操作に連動して、すなわち、一体的に傾倒動作をする。
上記した操作ノブ10による傾倒操作量は、図4(a)に示したように、基板40上に取り付けられる検出部30、31と被検出部20の検出面21、22との間隔できまる。上記の例では、図4(a)に示す、検出部30、31と被検出部20の検出面21、22との間隔が、所定の値cとされている。
本発明の第2の実施の形態に係るスイッチ装置1は、操作ノブ10の傾倒操作に連動して傾倒動作をする被検出部20が、操作ノブ10と別体に形成されて構成されている。
図7(a)に示す非操作状態から、操作者が指等により操作ノブ10をP方向に押下操作すると、操作ノブ10がP方向に移動する。図7(b)に示す検出部35が、この押下操作を検出することにより、制御部70には、図5に示す検出信号SPが入力される。この検出信号SPは、例えば、メニュー画面の選択を決定する決定信号として使用することができる。
上記示した本発明の実施の形態によれば以下のような効果を有する。
(1)本発明の実施の形態に係るスイッチ装置1は、傾倒操作がなされる操作ノブ10と、操作ノブ10の傾倒操作に連動して傾倒動作をする被検出部20と、被検出部20の動作を検出する検出部30、31と、検出部30、31が配置される基板40と、を有し、検出部30は、基板40の面内方向に配置され、被検出部20の面内方向の動きを検出してスイッチ動作を行なう、ように構成されている。検出部30、31を基板40の裏面側40bに配置する構成としているので、基板の表側のサイズを小型化し、スイッチのサイズを低背薄型化できる。
(2)検出部30、31は、基板40の面内方向に配置され、被検出部20の面内方向の動きを検出してスイッチ動作を行なうので、操作ノブ10の傾倒操作量を変更することが容易となる。これにより、検出スイッチの位置により操作ストロークを調整することで、誤操作防止が可能となる。
(3)第2の実施の形態では、操作ノブ10の傾倒操作と共に、押下操作が可能となり、操作ノブ10の機能の拡充が可能となる。

- 傾倒操作がなされる操作ノブと、
前記操作ノブの前記傾倒操作に連動して傾倒動作をする被検出部と、
前記被検出部の動作を検出する検出部と、
前記操作ノブに操作感を付与する節度部と、
前記表面側には前記節度部が配置され、裏面側には前記検出部が実装される基板と、を有し、
前記検出部は、前記基板の前記裏面側に突出する前記被検出部の前記裏面側の動きを検出してスイッチ動作を行なう、スイッチ装置。 - 前記被検出部は、前記操作ノブと一体に形成されている、請求項1に記載のスイッチ装置。
- 前記被検出部は、前記操作ノブと別体に形成されている、請求項1に記載のスイッチ装置。
