酸化物であるSiO2150kg、Al2O3150kg、Fe2O3100kg、TiO250kg、MgO200kg、MnO100kg、CaO200kg、Na2O150kg、K2O200kg及びP2O350kgを混合し、微粉機で微粉化して酸化物微粉体を形成する。
(1)試験条件
上述したように製造された前処理脱硫剤(脱硫用液状触媒)の脱硫効率を検証するために、船舶用エンジンの燃料供給ラインに前処理脱硫剤を燃料の100wt%に対してそれぞれ3.5wt%、6.0wt%混合供給して、燃焼後の排気ガス中の硫黄酸化物の濃度を分析及び比較する硫黄酸化物低減性能試験を行った。
1)エンジンの運転及び定常状態の維持
2)排気ガス分析装備の予熱及び零点規正(zero setting)
3)前処理脱硫剤非投入状態の測定(30分)
4)前処理脱硫剤6.0wt%投入状態の測定(1時間)
5)前記3~4過程を1回繰り返し

図3は前述した試験条件、方法及び手順によって測定された試験例1の全区間の硫黄酸化物(SO2)の濃度分析結果を示すものである。下記表3は、図3の測定区間別のSO2濃度に対するデータ値をまとめた表である(基準酸素濃度17%換算)。

図4は前述した試験条件、方法及び手順によって測定された試験例2の全区間の硫黄酸化物(SO2)の濃度分析結果を示すものである。下記表5は図4の測定区間別のSO2濃度に対するデータ値をまとめた表である(基準酸素濃度17%換算)。

Claims (10)
- 液状の前処理脱硫剤を貯蔵する前処理脱硫剤タンクと、
燃料タンクと船舶用エンジンとの間の燃料供給ラインに付加され、船舶燃料油の注入量を検知する燃料注入量センサと、
前記燃料注入量センサの下流側の前記燃料供給ラインと前記前処理脱硫剤タンクとの間に付加され、前記船舶燃料油に混入される前記前処理脱硫剤の注入量を検知する前処理脱硫剤注入量センサと、
前記センサに双方向に通信可能に接続されるコントロールパネルと、を含み、
前記船舶燃料油は、前記燃料タンクから前記船舶用エンジンへと不可逆に供給され、
前記コントロールパネルは、前記燃料注入量センサからの情報に基づいて前記前処理脱硫剤の注入量を制御及びモニタリングすることにより、前記船舶燃料油と前記前処理脱硫剤とを一定の割合で混合させることが可能である、船舶用エンジンの前処理脱硫制御及びモニタリングシステム。 - 船舶用エンジンに付加されてエンジンの分あたりの回転数(RPM)を検知するRPMセンサをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の船舶用エンジンの前処理脱硫制御及びモニタリングシステム。
- 前記船舶用エンジンの排気口に付加されて排気ガス中の硫黄酸化物の濃度を検知するガスセンサをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の船舶用エンジンの前処理脱硫制御及びモニタリングシステム。
- 前記前処理脱硫剤タンクに付加された水位検知センサをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の船舶用エンジンの前処理脱硫制御及びモニタリングシステム。
- 前記前処理脱硫剤タンクには、補充用前処理脱硫剤を保管する大容量のリザーバータンクがさらに連結され、前記水位検知センサに低水位が検知されることにより、前記リザーバータンクから前記前処理脱硫剤タンクへと前記前処理脱硫剤が自動的に補充される、請求項4に記載の船舶用エンジンの前処理脱硫制御及びモニタリングシステム。
- 前記コントロールパネルは、管理者の携帯端末に無線通信で接続され、モバイルアプリケーションを介してリモートで制御及びモニタリングする、請求項1に記載の船舶用エンジンの前処理脱硫制御及びモニタリングシステム。
- 前記前処理脱硫剤は、船舶燃料油100重量部に対して0.1乃至10重量部の割合で混合される、請求項1に記載の船舶用エンジンの前処理脱硫制御及びモニタリングシステム。
- 前記前処理脱硫剤は、船舶燃料油100重量部に対して6重量部の割合で混合される、請求項7に記載の船舶用エンジンの前処理脱硫制御及びモニタリングシステム。
- 前記燃料供給ラインにはラインミキサーがさらに備えられ、前記前処理脱硫剤タンクが前記ラインミキサーに接続された状態で船舶燃料油に前記前処理脱硫剤を投入する、請求項1に記載の船舶用エンジンの前処理脱硫制御及びモニタリングシステム。
- 前記船舶燃料油は、バンカーA油、バンカーB油、バンカーC油の中から選択される重油又はMGO、MDO、DDOの中から選択される軽油である、請求項1に記載の船舶用エンジンの前処理脱硫制御及びモニタリングシステム。
