Description
図1に示すように、検査装置10は、装置本体11と、コンピュータ12と、を備える。検査装置10は、検査対象13(図2参照)について光測定を行うことによってエンドトキシンによる汚染の有無を検査し、必要な場合にはエンドトキシンの含有量または濃度等を計測する。検査対象13とは、ライセート試薬と被検査物等とを混合した溶液である。被検査物等とは、例えば、ワクチンもしくは血液製剤等の注射剤、または、注射筒もしくは注射針等の被検査物からエンドトキシンを回収した水、ポリエチレングリコール、エチレンジアミン四酢酸等(いわゆる回収液)、もしくは、グラム陰性菌や真菌に感染した可能性のある患者から採取した血液または体液、等である。ライセート試薬は、LAL(Limulus Amebocyte Lysate)またはTAL(Tachypleus Amebocyte Lysate)である。
上記第1実施形態及び変形例においては、1枚の板状の部材に貫通孔51等を設けることでXY面内方向に実質的な厚みを持たせた第2導光路47を形成しているが、第2導光路47は別の形態で形成することができる。例えば、第2導光路47は、発光素子41等と試験体21とを結ぶ方向と平行に光が貫通するように、貫通孔を有する板(以下、貫通孔板という)を複数配置した構成とすることができる。

Claims (12)
- 検査対象を収容する断面円形の試験体と、
複数の前記試験体を1列に保持する試験体保持部と、
前記試験体保持部に保持された複数の前記試験体のうち、隣接する2つの前記試験体に光を入射する発光素子と、
前記発光素子が発光した光を導光する第1導光路と、
前記第1導光路よりも細く形成され、前記第1導光路から前記試験体に、前記発光素子が発光した光を導光する第2導光路と、を備え、
前記発光素子として、第1色の光を発光する第1色発光素子と、前記第1色とは異なる第2色の光を発光する第2色発光素子と、を備え、前記発光素子の配列において、前記第1色発光素子と前記第2色発光素子が交互に配列されている検査装置。 - 前記第1導光路は、複数の前記発光素子に共通に設けられている請求項1に記載の検査装置。
- 前記第2導光路は、前記発光素子と前記試験体とを結ぶ方向に平行な貫通孔を有する請求項1または2に記載の検査装置。
- 前記第2導光路は、前記発光素子と前記試験体とに光が貫通するように、貫通孔を有する板を複数配置した構成である請求項1または2に記載の検査装置。
- 前記試験体ごとに、前記試験体が透過または散乱した光を受光する受光素子を備える請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の検査装置。
- 前記発光素子は、前記受光素子と前記試験体とを結び、且つ、前記試験体保持部における前記試験体の配列方向に直行する方向に対して斜め方向から光を入射する請求項5に記載の検査装置。
- 前記受光素子は、光の入射を制限する遮蔽部材を有し、前記遮蔽部材が有する開口を介して前記試験体が透過または散乱した光を受光する請求項5または6のいずれか1項に記載の検査装置。
- 前記開口は、複数の前記発光素子の配列方向に長い形状である請求項7に記載の検査装置。
- 前記開口は、前記発光素子が発する光を選択的に透過するカラーフィルタを備える請求項7または8に記載の検査装置。
- 前記開口は、複数の領域に区分けされ、前記領域ごとに、透過する光の色が異なる前記カラーフィルタを備える請求項9に記載の検査装置。
- 前記発光素子に加えて、前記第1色発光素子と前記第2色発光素子との間に、前記第1色及び前記第2色と異なる第3色の光を発光し、前記受光素子と前記試験体とを結び、且つ、前記試験体保持部における前記試験体の配列方向に直行する方向から光を入射する第3色発光素子を備える請求項5に記載の検査装置。
- 検査対象を収容する断面円形の試験体と、複数の前記試験体を1列に保持する試験体保持部と、複数の前記試験体のうち、隣接する2つの前記試験体に光を入射する発光素子と、前記発光素子が発光した光を導光する第1導光路と、前記第1導光路よりも細径に形成され、前記第1導光路から前記試験体に、前記発光素子が発光した光を導光する第2導光路と、を有する測定ユニットを、複数備え、
前記発光素子として、第1色の光を発光する第1色発光素子と、前記第1色とは異なる第2色の光を発光する第2色発光素子と、を備え、前記発光素子の配列において、前記第1色発光素子と前記第2色発光素子が交互に配列されている検査装置。
