Claims (7)
- 相互容量方式の静電容量タッチパネルであって、
基板上に、静電容量の変化を検出する複数のタッチ検出電極と、前記パネルの操作者がタッチする前記基板上のタッチ面における水濡れを検出するキャンセル電極とが設けられ、
前記タッチ検出電極および前記キャンセル電極は、アルミニウム層を含む導電性薄膜により形成され、
前記キャンセル電極は、複数の前記タッチ検出電極のそれぞれを略等間隔に取り囲むように設けられ、
前記キャンセル電極の少なくとも1つが、隣接する複数の前記タッチ検出電極に対する水濡れの検出のために共有されていることを特徴とする静電容量タッチパネル。 - 相互容量方式の静電容量タッチパネルであって、
基板上に、静電容量の変化を検出する複数のタッチ検出電極と、前記パネルの操作者がタッチする前記基板上のタッチ面における水濡れを検出するキャンセル電極とが設けられ、
前記タッチ検出電極および前記キャンセル電極は、アルミニウム層を含む導電性薄膜により形成され、
前記キャンセル電極は、複数の前記タッチ検出電極のそれぞれを略等間隔に取り囲むように設けられ、
前記タッチ検出電極の外縁部と、前記キャンセル電極との間隔が、前記タッチ検出電極を構成する送信電極と受信電極間の間隔の3~15倍であることを特徴とする静電容量タッチパネル。 - 前記キャンセル電極の少なくとも1つが、隣接する複数の前記タッチ検出電極に対する水濡れの検出のために共有されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の静電容量タッチパネル。
- 前記タッチ検出電極は、それぞれが少なくとも2つ以上の電気的に独立した前記キャンセル電極で取り囲まれていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項記載の静電容量タッチパネル。
- 前記タッチ検出電極および前記キャンセル電極は、前記アルミニウム層の少なくとも一部とガラス基板との間に中間層を有し、
前記中間層が、クロム、モリブデン、およびタングステンから選ばれる少なくとも1つの金属を含む薄膜からなることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項記載の静電容量タッチパネル。 - 前記静電容量タッチパネルは、該静電容量タッチパネルを動作させるモードである動作モードを変更する制御部を備え、
前記制御部による前記動作モードの変更は、前記キャンセル電極から取得される静電容量の情報に基づいて行われ、
前記動作モードは、前記タッチ面が乾燥状態の場合に用いられる非水濡れモードと、タッチ面が水濡れ状態の場合に用いられる水濡れモードを有し、
前記水濡れモードの検出条件は、前記非水濡れモードの検出条件に比べ、タッチに対する感度が低下した検出条件であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか1項記載の静電容量タッチパネル。 - 前記制御部は、前記タッチ検出電極のそれぞれで前記動作モードを独立して変更することを特徴とする請求項6記載の静電容量タッチパネル。
